Perfect location for travel by train. Easy to walk to main attractions. Luggage storage and an amazing breakfast! Also the most comfortable pillows we have ever had at a hotel! Definitely worth the price!

Very great location and spacious room. We had a family room for 5 person and it was a great value. The breakfast was a good surprise. I was expecting continental breakfast. It there was also eggs and sausages, fruits, bread, pastries, cereals, yogourt. Staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

Lovely hotel near the city centre. Clean and friendly with a very good morning breakfast. Rooms are cleaned daily. There are mosquitoes when it rains. keep windows closed. A bit noisy outside when you stay in the room by the entrance. Should give more keys to customers that are visibly not couples but friends sharing a room … specially if they are more than 2 Other than that… very nice place.

The hotel is very shady, it is split between 2 floors one with 2 stars and the other 3 stars under different names, but the owner is the same and claim that they are the same property. The room was moldy and dirty. The stains on the mattresses and pillows will be the least of your concerns. You can consider the room as an upgraded barn not suitable for human accomodation.

Pros - Great location. Ten minute walk to the Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia.
Cons - Hallway leading to the hotel smelled like sewage.

Unsafe to live in the room as room had broken tiles, shower head was supposed to fell being loose, shower was hitting the wall and no the body. Elevator was unsafe. Hope the fix stuff before renting

Definitely excellent location but we had some problems in the room. There is hot water and there isn't, the bed is very uncomfortable to talk about the pillows that are very hard!! Also during the night we were disturbed several times by strange and violent noises. Comfortable it is passable to stay one night. Normal breakfast as it has a little bit of everything
