This hotel located in the very old building so everything inside is so old fashioned. When I check in, the bed sheet hasn’t been changed but the reception said it has. I was pretty sure so I requested them to change it again for me. From this experience, the hotel was not clean at all. There was no water boiler even a cup. I don’t recommend it for future travelers.

Generally the hotel is ok. Only praise is to the reception staff, Mr Chandan who is patiently advise us on all info on florence. He was on duty mostly during our 4 days stay as claimed another staff is off for vacation. We thank him for his friendliness and smiling faces all the time

Very close to Florence city center and very friendly staff to help. The rooms were not very soundproof and our bathroom was very small. However, it did its job and for the price we paid it was very convenient.

Overall good, a bit like a small hotel, hotel facilities in general, air conditioning is not cooling! It's hot at night, it's better to close the bathroom door. The receptionist was very interested and we had no problems. Rooms are old but clean. I can recommend it for 1 night stay and those who will only use it for sleeping. After checking out from the hotel, they also allow you to leave our bags until our bus time. 8-10 minutes walking distance to central areas.
