Decent and clean. The reception is at another building, no mention until when we arrived at the gate/door.

Hotel consigliatissimo Camera ampia, pulita e ristrutturata da poco. Colazione abbondante e buonissima. Posizione ottima, collegata benissimo con la stazione e tutti i luoghi da visitare. Firenze è sempre una meraviglia. Ci torneremo presto.

This hotel was amazing - beautiful, spacious bathroom, working aircon, and the staff were so helpful. If we ever come back to Florence I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable room for a single traveller with clean bathroom. Rather noisy due to being right above and next door to the Indian restaurant and its kitchen.
Good situation close to main station and 10 minute walk to the Duomo.
No lift and also strange check-in and check-out system at the sister hotel 50 metres away.
Nice breakfast arrangement with outside terrace.
