O hotel é afastado do grande centro pois é no alto da serra, mas é lindo, staff muito educado e agradável, totalmente petfrendily, ar condicionado chuveiro perfeito! Nota 9 para o hotel. Porque o unico ponto negativo é o café da manhã que não possui uma máquina de café e temos que pedir para uma única funcionária preparar o seu café. Deveria investir uma máquina de café e ter prosciutto e burrada no café italiano.

The hotel grounds and reception looked lovely, like a quaint little village hotel. However, we were shocked and extremely disappointed when we were shown our room. The room was so small we could barely move around it without bashing our legs on the ridiculously low bed - almost futon level, which would have been fine if it was advertised as such. There wasn’t even air conditioning in working use. When we asked about this, we were told it was not possible to turn it on as it was centralised air conditioning, and we were instead advised to open the window, which consequently led to being bitten by mosquitoes all night!! The bathroom was also tiny with a sink that we had to lean over, hurting our backs to use - we are both 5ft 2, so the sink was well below normal height. The cleaner didn’t bother to even replace the finished toilet roll for us when she cleaned the room. A very expensive bed and breakfast equivalent place, and highly overpriced for what you get. I would not recommend to anyone.

Sarvario was AMAZING! He made us feel welcome and comfortable. If we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable, he got it for us.
He gave us all the information we needed to know about transportation and finding the best spots to eat.
This property was clean and smelled good. The gates were closed at certain times of the night so I guess that helps with security.
It’s uphill so if you’re walking, you’ll definitely get those quad muscles without even trying 😂.
It’s about 10-25mins of a walk from nice restaurants.
It is a 5-7minw walk to bus stops on either side.
Downside is:
- if you’re not driving, it’s a long walk from the gate to the building entrance.
- The ground all stones so if you’re wheeling a box, it’s even harder.
- Breakfast buffet was hella expensive.
- Mosquitoes are outside because it has natural vegetation (inside, they have a wallflower that smells great and repels mosquitoes), so you’ll be fine.
In all, I’d stay here again!

Un plauso eccezionale al ragazzo della reception che è stato gentilissimo e ci ha spiegato alcuni punti salienti della città e come muoverci Camera al 2 piano , abbastanza isolata e per questo molto silenziosa e tranquilla Camera nella media , letto e cuscini comodi, ottima temperatura Purtroppo bagno veramente sporco , lavandino otturato poiché nel tappo erano incastrati dei capelli, vetro della doccia a 3 ante , di cui una mancante e tanti capelli in giro Colazione scarsa e con poca varietà considerata la mole di ospiti , solo una torta , molto buona tra l’altro , brioche salata, brioches vuote da farcire a piacimento e una integrale al miele , poca scelta nel salato Peccato perché avevo letto molte recensioni positive ed entusiaste Ragazze addette alla sala molto gentili e cordiali Parco bellissimo , Villa veramente affascinante, zona tranquilla e silenziosa nonostante la strada adiacente trafficata Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito all’interno

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, gave us good recommendations for restaurants and places to go. Breakfast was delicious! The hotel itself was average, not worth the price in our opinion. Our shower drain was clogged and water pooled in the corner of our bathroom. The walls are thin, we could hear other guests. It’s a beautiful property, but we probably wouldn’t stay again.
