The owners of the hotel really show what hospitable means. U will not regret staying there. Within walking distance to station, nearest being Rosselli. Santa Maria Novella is less than 10mins away. Breakfast was good as well.

Good value, easy to walk to the train station. Never could get the wi-fi to work though. Betta was helpful and very friendly giving me advice on where to go/ eat.

The landlady is learning Chinese and has been trying to communicate with us in Chinese. She is very cute☺️The room is small but very clean and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended~

The location is very good with close access to transport. Breakfast is excellent and the owners and staff could not be more helpful. Highly recommended and excellent value for money. Thank you Elisabeta and staff for providing us with a very enjoyable stay; I am sure the majority of your guests will agree with me.

Very bad check-in experience, I checked in alone and arranged for me to be in a room next to the reception, which was very noisy and had poor sound insulation; the holiday windows were fake, could not be opened, and could not see the outside.
