It is not a 4 star. Very nice and helpful staff. The structure is definitely inadequate for a four-star hotel. Air conditioning not effective.

Ho pernottato 2 notti con una mia amica 27 e 28 Aprile.Per essere un hotel a 4 stelle si dovrebbe rivalutare le camere perché un po datate, però per la pulizia ok...accoglienza ottima dove danno spiegazioni per raggiungere il centro, ubicato in zona abbastanza collocata con i mezzi... negozi vicini!

Bien ubicado si buscas comodidad, cerca de Roma Termine, zona horrible si buscas limpieza, estética, seguridad y belleza. La habitación muy pequeña pero limpia, sin ventanas, asfixiante, el trato y la cordialidad lamentable. 90 euros y el desayuno pauperrimo, miserable. Entregan la habitación a las 12 hs y a las 10 estrictamente debes dejarla, o sea ofrecen dos horas menos, cobran 10 euros por guardar las valijas. Lo más llamativo es el destrato.
