En arrivant devant l hotel j ai appris que j etais entré dans une ZTL !!!!! Zone a trafic limité !!! Donc succeptible d une amende !!!! obligé de faire venir un garage pour qu il recupere ma voiture et la garde jusqu a mon depart ! retour de la voirure à 11h00 au lieu de 9h30 !!! cherhcez l erreur !
30€ jour ! sinon tres bon emplacement , deplacement à pieds partout dans le centre ancien ! rien a dire

Camera e bagno perfetti e pulitissimi come da foto, nonostante sia su una via di passaggio le camere sono molto silenziosa e accoglienti, la signora Alessandra gentilissima e molto disponibile Se torneremo a Firenze verremo sicuramente di nuovo da lei ! Voto 10++

A seguito di un weekend soggiornato da Alessandra, non possiamo che essere grati e soddisfatti della nostra scelta. Una camera accogliente ed in pieno tema fiorentino, dove ogni spazio è studiato al dettaglio sia in termini di decoro che di funzionalità. La struttura mantiene la sua originalità storica ma con un tocco di modernità, rendendo il pernottamento suggestivo e confortevole. Altro aspetto non trascurabile è la pulizia: davvero ammirevole ed impeccabile. I meriti e gli apprezzamenti vanno in particolare alla gentilissima Alessandra che ci ha guidato attraverso la storia della magica Firenze ed ha inaugurato la nostra vacanza con tanta carica e simpatia. Che dire..un sincero GRAZIE e alla prossima!
