The hotel is very strategically located close to most of the tourist spots. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly. bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean as well. Only downside was that their shampoo and body wash was too small. But that’s not a big deal.

The room is a bit small, and two suitcases are almost impossible to walk. There is free coffee and snacks at a fixed time every morning, which is good, but when I went to make coffee, the front desk said that I couldn't do it myself, and he had to do it for me. It was better than another hotel we stayed at in Florence a week ago. We went with a friend and requested a twin room, but they prepared a queen size bed and another smaller bed for us, which was very helpful. It feels like a guest house, with dim lighting, cramped space, strange layout, cheap decoration, cheap furniture, and very low temperature of the bath water. It was the most failed reservation during my trip to Europe.

The room was very nice, it was cleaned every day, and the man at the front desk was very gentle. This location is very close to everything (my home used to be nearby), just a few minutes from the Central Market, 10 minutes from Duomo, and there is a small supermarket downstairs opposite that opens very late. I highly recommend staying here!

There are all handsome guys at the front desk. Although there is no breakfast, they will provide coffee and biscuits. The hygiene is very good and it is very close to the scenic spot. It is highly recommended to stay!
