They need to improve the cleanliness I stayed here before and everytime is the same some room has no dryer, the bathroom door need to change, the location is good surrounding with restaurants and 10 mins walk to the beach and pratamnak hill, service is good

This should not qualify to be a four star hotel by any means. Things broken, breakfast uninviting, the pastry seems days old, fake butter, instant coffee. Nice mattresses though but the double bed can mean two twin mattresses put together and unless you are really firm with them, they won't change the room. In the end they said they are giving us an upgrade but the only difference was the double mattress in one piece. Got worse view and moldy smell which was a downgrade. Wifi and TV ok. A/C and bathroom fan noisy. Pool saturated with chemicals, renovation long overdue, gym pathetic and smelly. Room has a moldy smell. No view. Quite a walk to the nearest tuktuk, and no shuttle offered by the hotel. Night market a five minute walk away. Same with convenient stores. Shower is fine, Sprayer broken, percolator won't shut off, light on the balcony dead. Deposit 1000 baht or they keep your passport.

Very,very good hotel, very good staff. Good place position.

The place was a good stay, Pratmanac is a great area of Pattaya. The unique Regency is walking distance from the beach. The rooms are nice and clean, perfectly adequate. The fitness room is poor, minimal equipment; and in hindsight I wouldn’t have opted for the breakfast, plenty of much better options for breakfast just down the road.

Nice quieter location in Pattaya. A/C in the room wasn’t working but repair personnel fixed it making the room a lot more comfortable. I would stay here again.

Room quite big and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Front desk guard kept offering “boom boom”. Girls at the reception seemed unhappy to be there. Had to tell them 3 times before when someone turned up to clean.

The hotel is in a great location. Most of the staff were polite. The restaurant staff weren't very inviting however. But the cleaning staff were fantastic! We only had breakfast there, it was OK, can't complain too much but wasn't the best. The room itself was nice, a few bits that need to be fixed and the bed has wheels that can't be locked - but it wasn't too bad. Overall, it's a great hotel, lovely rooftop bar and pool with soke great views. Would definitely consider staying again.

Overall this hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and are a good size. The air conditioning worked very well and the towels/soaps etc was changed on a daily basis. Very happy with this hotel and after my second stay there. My opinion is exactly the same. Would always recommend

Main point is the amazing swimming pool and rooftop with Pattaya City view. great value for money (100%) Big room, comfortable but Bad lucky for r my room, the pillow smell very musty. Need to improve
