Amazing stay, amazing place, amazing people. We hunkered down here through Hurricane Milton, felt safe and important here.

I was glad to stay in this hotel. The location was perfect and service was great.

The location was perfect. There are supermarkets and shopping mall nearby, just 3 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking . The staff in the front desk don’t show any enthusiasm, they are cold . The facilities are fantastic.

The hotel is a Sheraton resort. The location is good. It's a mile drive to the Vinelind outlet. You can cook in the room so you can eat comfortably and spend less. The attitude of the hotel staff is acceptable. But there are also big problems. On the day of check-in, I have to make an appointment with the salesperson at the front desk for a timeshare vacation. I don’t have this need and I don’t think I should waste my time. Secondly, the room is on the first floor. When I open the door, there is a strong musty smell. , very uncomfortable, we strongly requested to change rooms, but a technician was sent to change the air conditioning filter and spray freshener, but these did not work at all. We strongly insisted on moving to the upper floor, and after an hour of struggling, we moved to the second floor. I was very disappointed when I opened the door and there was still a musty smell. I had no choice but to stay there. Opening the windows for ventilation could not get rid of the smell. The room was well-equipped. It would have been very good eight or ten years ago, but it was already old. Hairs on the bath towels are very undesirable. When we checked out, there was another round of sales promotion to book the next hotel in advance. In short, we felt that the quality of this Sheraton Marriott hotel was really not that good.

If you have a car, I think it's a good place to stay. There's no parking fee. In the United States, one night's parking fee is 200 RMB.
