Is a simple pool villa type accommodation in Seminyak area. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Wifi is slow. However, the most important part is the shower area with a tile flooring. It is very slippery and unfortunately I had a bad fall and suffered a cut on my head and bruises around the body. Suggest the property to look for solutions. It is in my view not suitable family with kids and elderly as the fall can be bad.

The villa is large and has a good swimming pool, which is maintained by dedicated personnel every day. Breakfast is made by my aunt, and there are three choices. We also chose to ask an aunt to cook dinner for one day, and the various seafood bought by the aunt was 1.20 million Indonesian rupiah; two aunts spent six hours for 600,000 Indonesian rupiah. We thought it was a great deal, and it was much more delicious than the ones in restaurants outside. The villa is very quiet, but it is very lively after walking out of an alley 200 meters away. Seeing the two extreme reviews about this place made me want to try it, and I booked it for two days. First of all, it is located in the Seminyak area. It is located in a small box. We booked a one-bedroom type with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, as well as a private swimming pool, which was very comfortable. We love the friendly and helpful staff. Villa and private pool always were presented immaculately. We also love that we can request a particular room without a problem. On one trip, we arrived at 7 am and were provided a temporary room until ours was available, at no cost! Thoroughly recommend these villas.

We have stayed at this little oasis many times over the years. 4 of us (2 couples) share a 2 bedroom villa with our own pool and large garden grounds. Absolutely idyllic!!! All the staff are friendly and helpful. They come into your villa every morning for 30 minutes or so to turn down the beds and generally clean the villa, then you are left alone for the rest of the day. If you book the villas with breakfast they actually cook your breakfast in the villa while they are cleaning your rooms. This is a lovely touch but in the past we found the breakfast menu too limited to support this for a two or three week stay. They are slowly updating the villas as they were getting a bit tired. We have looked at many other villas to maybe have a change of venue and although some other villas have nicer rooms, none of them have the large spacious grounds and pool setting that the Dyana have and since that is where we spend most of our time we always end up coming back here. Our home away from home!! We stay in Villa 1 at the end of the driveway.

My partner and I stayed here for a week in a 1 bedroom villa and had an amazing experience. Villa was beautiful with private pool and plenty of space and in a great location. Staff were lovely and very accomodating and our room was cleaned every day. I even hurt my ankle quite badly one day and staff offered to go to the pharmacy for us and really went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. Would 100% recommend. We had the perfect little Bali getaway here.

After learning that Dyana Villas did not have the facilities I require for post-injury physical therapy (a gym) I tried to cancel a week and a half in advance of my stay. This was during high season when there was the highest level of demand and they easily could have resold my room. They insisted on keeping my entire payment and refused to even work with me on an option such as offering a refund if they were able to resell the room. Please do not book here unless you know the place really well and have seen and met the people in advance. Bali is already overly crowded, overly developed and expensive as a destination, and experiences like this leave one feeling extremely disappointed with drained, empty pockets.

Dyana Villas are in such a great location . The large lush tropical gardens are full of beautiful flowers and established palms . The pool is huge and plenty of sun beds . The bedrooms are air conditioned with mosquito nets and king beds . The open bathrooms are very nice with large shower area . Breakfast cooked each morning in your villa is a nice touch . Staff are friendly and full of knowledge about the local area and it’s a safe feeling having 24 hr security . Walking distance to the beach, shopping , cafes , restaurants and Bintang Supermarket. We will definitely be back

What a great place to stay, clean, spacious, friendly staff and go out of their way to help with any bookings, our maid was Agon and she was the best looking after us every morning. Can’t go past Dyana villa’s Seminyak for somewhere to stay. Thanks for having us and making our stay very enjoyable

Great place to be. In the center of Seminyak, not far away from the beach, beautiful villa with own pool and quiet. Love it. Very friendly staff. Sukma prepared breakfast and she is such a friendly woman. Thank you very mich for having a great time

We stayed in villa #8 for a long weekend. Dayna villas are in a great location (albeit down some quiet alleyways) and offer generous accommodation. The pool was fantastic, cooked Balinese breakfast in the villa was beautiful and overall a lovely stay. The villas are older than others we have stayed at but it was in good condition and very clean. Would recommend.

The location was really great apart from barking dogs at night but we did have some issues with a few other things. Air conditioning Aircons kept going out, we had maintenance at the villa at least once a day every day constantly resetting and fixing them. At one point our air conditioner went out 4 times in one day. Power On our 2nd last day they turned the power off for a couple of hours so we had no aircons, no fans. There was no warning about it and it made it very difficult for the kids. Baby woke up drenched in sweat and SIL couldn’t put her kids to sleep due to the heat. Hot water The hot water in the showers were very temperamental, we often had to turn the shower off and back on whilst showering as the hot water would cut out after a few seconds. We did ask if they could fix it but they said to just put the shower head down as low as it would go but this didn’t fix the issue. Hole in the roof One night it absolutely poured with rain and one of the babies got absolutely soaked with water in the middle of the night. We understand it is Bali and their standards aren’t like Australia but we still paid decent money and did at least expect to have working air conditioners in the humidity. It did become quite frustrating for everyone. There’s also a lot of mosquitos, insects, frogs, lizards and rats. Staff and security were very friendly.
