Very convenient, various bus stops nearby to tourist spots and for just simply traveling around. 7-11 just right below. Will surely come back for my next visit to Kyoto.

Lovely hotel, excellent location with a 7-11 downstairs and 2xFamily Marts nearby within walking distance. A Sukiya (local chain of fast Japanese food restaurants) was opposite the hotel serving cheap eats but lovely, delicious and filling bowls of rice with meat/eel toppings. You can have food delivered to the hotel and there is a dining area with a microwave to eat in and heat up shop bought food. Coin operated laundry facilities are on-site but there are only 2 washing machines and dryer available (laundry detergent automatically added). Bus stops to Kyoto station and to other attractions/local sights are within minutes walk from hotel. Bus 9 and 50 take you directly from the station to the door of the hotel. (¥230 single trip). The hotel had an efficient system of checking in with a QR code, staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was clean and the rooms were quite large for Japan’s standard. The shower and toilet were amazing! Coffee and tea/hot water were provided all day, umbrellas are lent out to you for rainy days, the front desk had unlimited supply of amenities for you to take away (toothbrush/shower caps/face cream etc) and lots of freshly laundered night shirts to wear! Happy to store your bags at check out to finish exploring the city! One (very mild) down side is that the beds are the size of either a slightly large(er) single bed or a small(er) double bed, so twin rooms sleeping 4 may be slightly difficult but for families with smaller children, it was fine. Overall, a wonderful stay and would be very happy to come again.

Location is nice. There are several bus stops nearby and also a 7-11 next to it. It is there we convenient to get everywhere from the hotel. The facilities are nice. They offer free coffee, and all kinds of towels, toothpaste and so on that you can get however much you need. However the time for checking in and out is not reasonable. Check out before 10am and check in after 3pm. Meanwhile the cleaning for everyday is just throwing trash bags for you and give you towels, not including making the bed. Generally it’s not bad, a 4 out of 5.

The room size is ok for a family of 4,Asian 2 kids age 7&8. Peaceful and convenient location and just a few minutes walk to the center. The hotel is new and the rooms are very clean. Will stay here again if we go back to Kyoto.

Loved the hotel. The location is near the metro and so it took us a while to figure out how to get there. Staff are amazing

Nice property with the convenience store downstairs. No matter where you wanna go to the attractions just walking distance to the metro to the place or bus station. Just abit far from the main district you have to walk or take bus. Hotel don’t provide house keeping if you continuously stay just replace towel and some amenities. This is my first time to knew tht. But it’s very affordable qualifies stay.

Enjoyed my stay at hotel. Room size is very spacious for one person stay. Room’s facilities are new and clean, felt comfortable staying in hotel. The convenience store is directly downstairs, very convenient to shop when needed. Will definitely consider coming back again.

A new modern hotel located at the cross section of Shijo / Horikawa. The room: clean and tidy, with sufficient lighting, strong hot water from shower head and fresh air conditioning. There are plenty of fast USB charging slots on the desk and next to the beds. Meal: Breakfast is available from the 7-11 store located at the G/F of the hotel; or you can go to coffee shops not too far around. Travel: various bus lines with stops just outside the hotel. Service: polite and friendly English speaking staff I would certainly recommend it to my friends.

Excellent location - close to the train to see the bamboo forest and 10 min walk to the Nishiki Market. The hotel staff are very friendly and they have a great coffee/tea station at reception with all the toiletries that you need. We highly recommend for your stay in Kyoto.

Excellent accommodation with clean and decent spacious rooms. A little far from Kyoto main station, but near to the hankyu line and Shijo omiya staion. Bus stops are nearby and combini and other restaurants are close to hotel (there is a 7/11 at the ground floor and sukiya in the opposite of the hotel).
