Hotel location is near to airport [Taxi fare ($4000-$6000 won)]. There are 7-11, CU, GS25 convenience stores nearby. There is a weighing scale in the lobby too.

Very bad experience in this hotel. The guy in the front desk is rude and unfriendly. Bad room system waste me more than 2 gold hours in jeju. Strongly not recommended.

Last minute booking of this hotel due to flight cancelled. Near jeju international airport and shopping street. Spacious room for 3 pax and nice breakfast

Overall, good! But the bathroom had some dirty spots and on one morning the shower water wasn’t hot, barely warm. The door / walls is very thin too so I heard a very loud argument happening between other guests.

Location is only 15 minutes drive away from airport.

Cons: 1. Parking — extremely small parking space available for guest. At most, it is able to fit 3 cars at the front of the hotel, and 3 cars at the back of the hotel. If you’re driving, be prepared to pass your car keys to the reception for them to re-arrange the cars as and when needed for other guests to leave the hotel due to the tight parking space. 2. Hygiene level — upon checking in to the hotel, there were strand of hair stuck to the faucet of the shower head; and the drainage system for the shower was extremely slow causing puddles of water while showering. The rain shower was not fully functional, causing the water to splatter in all direction. 3. Suspicious wire behind mirror — we also realised there was a wire hidden behind the mirror; it is either that the wiring was exposed or that it is connected so something else. However, the mirror had no light, thus it was hard to tell what it was for. Pros: 4. Location — extremely near shopping and eating streets; two streets away! And it is also close to Lotte Mart and other Mary’s (if you drive). 5. Service — front desk was extremely helpful; giving us direction for the nearest mart, shopping place, and also stored our meat overnight in a proper fridge for us to retrieve the following morning before our flight. Overall, a basic hotel that has good location (near to airport and city centre), and at affordable pricing if you’re not picky. Maintenance is not good — despite the renovation.

Room is big and is well located. Parking lots are limited though.

It's relatively clean but not so special.

Hygiene: We stayed for 4 days, and the sheets and quilt covers were not changed. We had to turn them inside out when they were dirty. The water was not replenished. We notified the male front desk and they gave us water, but the bedding that we promised to change the next day was not changed. The room hygiene is average. Environment: Very stuffy and not breathable. Facilities: The air conditioner is facing the head, which is really speechless. It is uncomfortable to blow the air against the head. The sound insulation is very poor, and the children on the floor started to make noise at 5 o'clock in the morning. Service: There was no one at the front desk from time to time. The service was also average, which did not match the price. Friends in the same industry reported that their hotel rooms could be upgraded, but we did not. We could not delay check-out. There was no Chinese etiquette. It felt very impolite.

1. When I booked, the hotel name was Amber. After searching for a long time nearby, I found that it was changed to L&L! Why didn't Ctrip update it in time? 2. When I checked in, the front desk told me that I needed to pay for children. I contacted Ctrip on the spot and it took half an hour. Ctrip called me and said that this was notified in advance. When I clicked on the page, it really "appeared" to pay at the store. Did Ctrip update the page? There is no such information in my reservation! I am so tired, I will pay and check in first... 3. The hotel air conditioner is embedded in the roof, and the air outlet blows right towards the head of the bed. I am convinced! 4. When I turned on the shower to take a shower, there was indeed a bad smell. I could only tell my child that it might be the smell of volcanic sulfur😅 5. They didn't add towels and mineral water to us for three days before check-in. It was useless to tell them. Then they knew that there were three of us staying on the fourth day? 6. It rained the next night. After borrowing an umbrella from the front desk and returning it, a male compatriot complained at the front desk, saying that the room was opened twice by strangers at night, and asked to adjust the surveillance. He also said that the door had no chain lock. I was so scared that I went back and quickly blocked the door with a chair. Later, I didn’t know how to solve it. 7. The cleaners started cleaning before 8 o’clock every morning. The key is that there is no carpet in the corridor, and the carts rumbled. 8. The location of the hotel is really good. Downstairs is the Sanwu Park Crossroads Station, there are buses to the airport and the central station, and not far away is the Halla Hospital Station, where there are many buses.
