"Great location, very close to Shilla Duty Free! The front desk staff speak Chinese and are very helpful; they even upgraded our room. Breakfast was decent, and there's parking available in the back. (P.S. The Chinese restaurant directly opposite the hotel is just okay... wouldn't recommend it.)"

"Jeju is going more environmental friendly, hence the hotels here are cutting down on providing single use toiletries such as toothbrush. Otherwise it’s a pretty standard hotel, with self service check-in kiosk (english available). Located very conveniently in the city area, just walk within 10minutes and you’ll reach Dongmun Traditional Market. Car park is available too, but limited slot! Overall we had a pleasant stay here."

"The hotel is right by the sea, very close to Dongmun Market and Chilseong-ro Street, and there's even a Black Pork Street nearby, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. However, the hotel facilities are quite old; the towels aren't very white, and the appliances are also dated."

"The hotel room was nice, and the lobby was very grand. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The best part is its excellent location, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and the pedestrian street is very lively. Facilities: Not brand new, but no major issues. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: Fantastic."

"The room was great. On the first day, the mini-fridge wasn't working. I told the front desk, and by the time I came back, they had replaced it with a new, working one. The room was very warm; I didn't even need to turn on the heater. There's a McDonald's downstairs and an Olive Young (or something similar) cosmetics store not far away. The prices there were lower than those near the duty-free shop, I'm not sure why. You can use Gaode Maps to navigate to Udo Island, but don't trust its travel time estimates. It might say 1 hour, but it actually takes about 1.5 hours. I rode more bus stops than I ever have in my life – 82 stops! The sink in the bathroom drained slowly; I basically had to wash for a bit and then pause. The hotel's location is good for walking to Dongmun Market and Chilseong-ro. I found a 5-pack of banana milk for around 4980 won at a large supermarket near the hotel, while it was 1800 won per bottle at 7-Eleven."

"The food provided in the morning buffet was decent, with a large variety that changes everyday. The place was clean and there are parking lots at the front as well as the back of the hotel. The staff working at the back carpark were friendly and helpful when helping to park the car. The hotel staff did not know much English and were not very friendly when met with requests for bottled water."

"Self checkin and out. Location is good. Comfy room but there are no doormat. we booked room for 3 persons but got 2 bottles of water. Also offer complimentary services as we choose sending airport. Unfortunately, we booked 5.00 AM and reach the front entrance at 5.05 AM so the pick up car didn’t wait for us. Tried to contact them via WhatsApp he support to provide the taxi (3 persons with 3 big luggages its hard to find the taxi +raining) so we separated 2 taxi …. Almost miss the flight to Gimpo that its hard to say thankful for helping and also regret for mess up plan…"

"We booked for 2 rooms at the hotel, the hotel has a decent location whereby it was the spot opposite to mandarin hotel, is a safe haven for vessel, quite an interesting spot where we could see the same in our country. The water is super clear! It is like jelly! We had a wonderful stay the hotel, no doubts,besides it was an open market amenities nearby the hotel."
