"We were warmly welcomed by a lady staff member with a sweet, cheerful smile, and were able to check in early before the official check-in time. Our room came with a balcony offering a full ocean view, which was beautiful. However, the room itself was quite old, with an outdated design. Only reusable slippers were provided instead of disposable ones. The bed was too bouncy, and we could feel the springs inside. The pillows were also too thin and uncomfortable. Breakfast had a very limited selection, though the taste was acceptable. The hotel is nicely located right in front of the ocean, with a spacious open area across the road where locals set up camps and jog along the seaside. We also saw some locals playing basketball at the large court nearby. A special mention to the staff who helped us order fried chicken delivery — he kindly recommended popular local choices, and we really appreciated his help. If the hotel improves the room quality and comfort, it would be a perfect place to stay."

"My family and I had a lovely stay at Ocean Suites Hotel. Firstly, staff service was prompt. Front-desk staff speaks English. The front desk and other staff tried their best to help accommodate to our requests and we appreciate it. The room was pretty clean, although the family room does seemed a little dated. The hotel is along the stretch of a long board walk so that was nice too! Accessible walking distance to Dongmun market, and Chilseongno shopping street. I think like most of the other hotels in Jeju, carpark is quite tight if you are driving an SUV. Just be careful. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jeju!"

"Room Type: The rooms are quite cramped, especially the twin rooms. After accounting for furniture, there's barely enough space to walk around, making it difficult to even open a suitcase. The bathroom facilities are also very old. Disposable amenities like toothbrushes are not provided at all. Environment: The only distinguishing feature of this hotel is its proximity to Lotte Duty Free Shop; you can walk directly downstairs to access it. However, this also means the lobby on the first floor is constantly crowded with shoppers, making it very noisy. Getting around and daily life are relatively convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. The only redeeming quality is the surprising swimming pool. Overall, the surroundings are better than the interior; it's a place only suitable for a quick stopover."

There's a convenience store right next to the hotel, making it super easy to grab coffee, snacks, or a late-night bite. Just a short stroll away, you'll find all sorts of fantastic restaurants – BBQ, fried chicken, seafood... you name it. You could eat out for days without repeating a single dish [__LINK_ICON]. Getting around, whether by taxi or bus, is also very convenient. It's only a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport, so getting there is stress-free. The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff all speak Chinese, so check-in, asking for directions, and getting restaurant recommendations were all seamless. The cleanliness also deserves praise; staff cleaned the room daily, replaced trash bags and towels, making for a very clean and comfortable stay [__LINK_ICON]. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or solo, this hotel is a perfect fit. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next trip to Jeju!"

"It's close to both the airport and downtown, making it incredibly accessible. The ocean view is a given. Parking is also convenient, as noted by those who rented the space. The room had high ceilings and a stunning chandelier. The price was also reasonable. I highly recommend it."

"It's decent. The location is really good, very close to the city center, right next to the Grand Hyatt, and easy to find. Just make sure to check in early because it seems like the front desk closes at night. Overall, it's good, and the room is very spacious, hehe."

"Before I arrived, I was constantly checking reviews on Trip.com! But once I got here, it was much better than I expected!!! Not nearly as bad as some reviews made it seem! Too bad I couldn't book a deluxe double room. The front desk staff were two guys. The hotel's smoking area is right downstairs. It's only a few hundred meters walk to the bus stop, which is super convenient! For just over 400, I think the price is great 👍 Oh, by the way, the water pressure in the toilet is a bit weak, so if you have a lot of hair, washing it might be a bit annoying. Also, the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the hotel were a bit dirty, so if you mind, bring your own! And they don't provide toothpaste or toothbrushes 🪥, but there's a convenience store nearby. An auntie comes to clean every day (you can choose whether to have your room cleaned or not!). Nothing ever went missing either. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in the lobby. Even though there's no dedicated staff watching it, I don't think it'll get lost. Anyway, I left mine for a few hours and everything was still there when I came back. If I come to Jeju Island again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel! Recommended!!"

"We booked for 2 rooms at the hotel, the hotel has a decent location whereby it was the spot opposite to mandarin hotel, is a safe haven for vessel, quite an interesting spot where we could see the same in our country. The water is super clear! It is like jelly! We had a wonderful stay the hotel, no doubts,besides it was an open market amenities nearby the hotel."

"The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and I loved the smart toilet. The front desk staff could speak basic Chinese and were very friendly. The hotel's location is excellent – close to restaurants, shopping, duty-free shops, and really near the保健路步行街 (Baojianlu Pedestrian Street). For the price, it offers fantastic value for money. A great stay overall!"

"Absolutely fantastic! We stayed for three consecutive nights and will definitely be back again next time. They even surprised us with a garment care system! In my opinion, the beach here is perfect for families with kids. We stayed from around 1 PM until past 7 PM. My son was snorkeling in the sea and catching crabs among the rocks; he absolutely didn't want to leave. Honestly, if it weren't for needing to go shopping in the city, we would have happily stayed put for five whole nights!"
