Adoramos a estadia. Hotel simples mas confortável. Estilo friorento do sec 19 antigo porém muito limpo e um staff super atencioso. Um destaque especial ao recepcionista Sr. Carllo que nos recebeu com muita alegria e bom humor! Muito perto do centro histórico e ao lado do mercado central … super indico e voltaremos !

Really friendly helpful staff throughout the 24/24 day and service was what i asked for and needed. Quiet back room was a request which they met, sunrise view of the Duomo was the cherry on the top!

overall, our stay was good. we were particularly pleased with the hotel staff. they were very nice and helpful. my only recommendation is that they upgrade the bed linens.

Location was fabulous. Closes Mercato Centrale. Florence is a beautiful and enchanting old city. Staff were great, easy check in and out. We loved our stay there.
