Sufficient to spend a few nights there to visit Florence but big downside: the insulation of the walls is not great at all, we hear everything in the neighboring rooms and corridors… you should not be a light sleeper

Mai piú in questo hotel 1 ) sono stati molto maleducati quando gli ho chiesto di aprirmi la porta 2) non é sporco ma di piú dietro il mio letto c'era una striscia di vomito non so cosa era;non lo voglio sapere 3) c é una puzza incredibile nelle camere, finestre crepate e mozziconi di sigarette, la tele non si accendeva era un freddo assurdo. 4) colazione no comment, indescrivibile

The staff was not friendly except for one young men at the front desk. Everyone else needs to learn customer service skills.
They did not give us a couple of twin size beds, as reservations. Instead they offered a bigger bed which was not comfortable.
