場所は中心部から徒歩15ー20分ほど。観光地の場所を地図を使って教えてくれたりなど、スタッフはとても優しくて感じが良い人だった。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも19時くらいまではやっていた。
デメリットを挙げるとすれば、歯ブラシとドライヤーがない点、トイレが共用という点だ。しかし、トイレは清潔で、ドライヤーも頼めば貸してくれた。

Con una posizione abbastanza centrale e comoda, questo hotel offre un servizio discreto e camere basic con il giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Il kit per l'igiene personale è essenziale, asciugamani morbidi e puliti. La reception chiude alle 20,00.

Budget hotel with parking facilities if you travel by car. But a very busy street without any directly pleasant restaurants in the immediate area. Walking distance to the center, approx. 20 minutes. Offers a simple breakfast for 6 euros, which can be considered affordable. There is no AC, which is also stated in the description, but it was borderline too hot now in September, so I would not stay there during the summer. The shower doors don't close tightly at the bottom and there was a big puddle on the floor outside every time you showered. I would not choose this hotel again.

La scelta era dettata per la vicinanza familiare ma per i nostri bisogni è stata una scelta vincente, un hotel silenzioso, certo, con i servizi al minimo, personale accogliente e efficiente. Pertanto, un hotel a 1 stella il servizi principali (pulizia, servizi igienici, rumore) è da voto eccellente.

NIce little place with a lot of soul. The lady who manages it is very nice and he tries to help everubody with their tourist problems. It is not new but it has a charm and it is not expensive for Florence. Tou must walk to get to the city center but it is not far. And you can take buses very close to the hotel to get to anywhere in Florence. If you have a low budget it is the best you can find. If you have money, get there and keep your money for museums, churches or Spritz !

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. A 20 minute walk to town or a bus ride to basically anywhere. My only complaint is the AC was quite loud and kept me up at night.
