It took a while to find the hotel location. The front desk staff was very kind. When we went back early in the morning and wanted slippers, he took the time to find them for us. The only downside to the hotel is that the shower room is very small.

Ho scoperto questa struttura per caso cercando un posto a due passi da Firenze dotato di parcheggio gratuito; sono rimasta stupita dalla tranquillità della zona, dall'atmosfera rilassante (musica soft nelle zone comuni e aree verdi in quantità) e dal design delle stanze, rinnovate con gusto e molto pulite. Cortesia e accoglienza eccellenti. Degni di nota per chi viaggia in famiglia anche giardinetti con giochi annessi alla struttura! ;) Tornerò!

Struttura singolare, per un hotel: su due piani e sviluppata in orizzontale, come in certe città di mare. Ottima funzionalità. Stanze un po' spartane ma con tutti i comfort e sempre pulite. Collocazione comoda anche per visitare Firenze in un posto più economico rispetto al centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile con il bus Discreta colazione, più sul dolce che sul salato.

Very hard to find the location. Very small standing shower. No creams, gel, shampoo etc… standing shower place don’t have a soap dish place either. Restaurant rates are high but in a poor quality .

Peggior esperienza che abbia mai avuto… prenoto una camera in questa struttura, chiamo per chiedere conferma e visto che non avevano ricevuto niente mi hanno chiesto di lasciargli i miei dati e mi avrebbero contattato quanto prima… il giorno dopo, non avendo avuto nessuna notizia, chiamo la struttura senza che l’operatore mi abbia dato una conferma sulla prenotazione… più tardi ricevo una mail, nella quale mi invitavano a cancellare la prenotazione perché non corretta, e mi sono comportato di conseguenza… dopo qualche ora ricevo un’altra mail dicendomi che hanno fatto un errore e la prenotazione era valida, così chiamo ma nessun ha saputo fornirmi spiegazioni in merito, dicendomi che mi avrebbero contattato… a distanza di giorni non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione… e questo sarebbe un albergo a 4 stelle? Assolutamente da evitare con la totale assenza di professionalità

La struttura è accogliente e ben organizzata. Colazione completa e per tutti i gusti, dal dolce al salato. L’hotel dispone anche di piccola palestra con manubri e cardio, piscina esterna e sauna. Staff super disponibile e preparato

Great place to stay when you’re in Florence. Rooms are clean, cool & comfortable & the staff are excellent. Also food in the restaurant is very good. Thanks to all especially Francesca at reception & the restaurant staff
