房間空間很大，但是可能因為是舊建築沒有太多重新規劃的關係，隔音有點差，都聽到隔壁房間的聲音，而且樓下是餐廳，有點夜夜笙歌…然後餐廳很早就會準備，會比較嘈吵，所以易被吵醒的…不建議..
還有就是一直有聞到舊舊的味道….鼻子比較敏感的話..也不建議
但從房間可以看到廣場景，這個是不錯，而且淋浴間花灑的水壓夠大！一天行程累了，能洗個好涼！

房間小 但地理位置無敵 來佛羅倫薩兩次都住在這裏 很方便的一家精品酒店 會推薦給旅遊的人來住 樓下吃飯也很方便 交通 景點也都步行距離 離火車站很近

Ottimo hotel ricavato dalla storica dimora di Garibaldi a Firenze in straordinaria location sulla piazza di SMNovella.
Personale gentile e disponibile,ci hanno fatto trovare la valigia in Camera e prenotato il ristorante per la serata.
Camera molto spaziosa ( nel mio caso )
e pulita,con vista sulla Piazza
Arredamento d'epoca con sculture personalizzate come ad esempio le palme ricavate da vecchi pneumatici situate nella hall.

Overall it’s pretty good, the lobby is also with a lot of super heroes. But the room gets noisy in the morning.

The pictures don't reflect the rooms, you will never get the room shown for the Classic room.
Bad attitude at the reception, typical in a futuristic city like Florence. Good breakfast!

My sons and I went for 3 days, we were back packing through Italy and we stayed here 3 nights!! Terrible customer service. Prejudice towards American people and dark/ brown people were harassed in the breakfast facility. I wouldn't stay here if you can help it!!

Ótimo hotel com uma grande vista para praça, quarto muito confortável e espaçoso. Hotel descolado. Ótimo café da manhã. Tudo perto (as atrações) e de quebra, perto da Estação de Trem.
E o melhor de tudo: o hotel é cheio de super-heróis.
