The hotel is located from the central train Firenze Santa Maria Novella. It takes about 15 minutes to drag luggage. There are many shops along the way and it is a lively area. The hotel is located just opposite the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The location is convenient.
The hotel is small in size. It is located in a building. It only occupies one floor and has dozens of rooms.
The room we stayed in this time was very tidy, and the window looked out onto the back alley. The staff were very polite, and overall I was very satisfied.

It's right next to the church, and there's a shopping street downstairs, which is very convenient. Small but beautiful hotel. It feels like a family hotel. The service staff is very friendly and it is a very comfortable experience.

Extremely nice staff, super helpful and welcoming.
The room was airy, simple and clean. The location was absolutely amazing! In the center of Florence! Literally at the door step of the Duomo.
I will definitely stay there again!

I had a very good time in this hotel. The location is perfect, because it's just a stone's throw from the Duomo of Florence, but literally two steps. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also very aesthetically pleasing, because it reflects the classic Florentine furniture. Advice? Certainly, I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Petit hôtel typiquement italien situé à l’étage… Accueil charmant et vue sur le Duomo. Idéalement situé donc. Machine à café à disposition le matin, mais pas de petit déjeuner. C’était mon deuxième séjour et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir! Grazie per tutto!

We go to Florence 2-3 times a year. This trip was the best of the best. Of everywhere we have stayed, Hotel Costantini was the absolute best ! Andres and Julie were phenomenal !! Always greeted when you come and go , informative and the most friendly host. I can’t imagine we would ever stay anywhere else now. Thank you all , you made our trip fantastic
