Meine Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss machen. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Dusch, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion etc stehen zur Verfügung und werden täglich aufgefüllt. Erstaunliches Detail: in der Minibar gibt es nicht alkoholische Getränke und zwei Snacks gratis. Auch die Minibar wird täglich aufgefüllt. Zum Frühstück gibt es eigentlich alles was das Herz begehrt, jedoch eher im Mini Format.

I can't wait to tell you about our amazing experience at Hotel Milu! It was the perfect start to our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our room had the most stunning view. Everything was so clean and well-maintained. I'm already looking forward to returning to Florence and staying at Hotel Milu again. The location couldn't have been better - close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Excelente experiência. Equipe maravilhosa, localização ótima, limpeza, Wi-Fi excelente. O espaço do rooftop é muito bom com café expresso e outras bebidas quentes, água com e sem gás a qualquer hora. Localização central é perto de tudo.

Great service, wonderful clean quiet room, excellent location! Staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt right at home, and could get to all the sites and wonderful restaurants very easily by foot in this neighborhood that felt safe for women travelers. The hotel itself felt like an art museum and was in very good taste

Lovely, artsy hotel in a perfect location. Spacious room (for Europe!) with good air conditioning (for Europe!). Easy access to everything. Good breakfast and excellent service. A quick walk to/from train station. Nestled among luxury shops!
