Personale gentilissimo, camera stupenda (junior suite). L'ascensore arriva direttamente in struttura che è un b&b, ma sembra di stare in hotel. Vengo spesso a Firenze, tornerò di sicuro. La zona è all'ingresso del centro storico, ben servita, senza "svenarsi".

I have canceled my booking 2 days after reservation sending emails and calling 100 times, still I have been charged. 1 month later not only I have not been refunded but also no response to emails and calls. I have never encountered a place called "hotel" managed his way!!

This was great. The rooms were clean and light with modern and fresh furniture. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. It is located a bit outside of the touristy area which was good but it was still a walkable distance to almost all places in Florence.

We absolutely loved our room and the property in general. It’s modern, cozy and very comfortable. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was also amazing. I highly recommend.

Very nice, clean, size, efficient room & bathroom… centrally located… had hard time finding the street number & no receptionist on site at our arrival… had to self check thru help of other guests
