Beb molto carino pulito tecnologico, caldo e accogliente, parcheggio a pagamento a 5 minuti, 15 minuti per la piazza del duomo,servizio colazione al bar sotto, ho telefonato x alcune informazioni hanno risposto in maniera gentile corretta e simpaticamente, la cosa più gradita la sera un messaggio per sapere se andava tutto bene se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa, Grazie bel soggiorno

Great place on the edge of the centro storico. So it it easy to walk, scooter, take a bus or call a taxi. The hotel is quiet, modern and comfortable. 24 hour access as well for check in was very nice. Will return next time we visit!

Arrivée à Maison Pitti à 23h59 Impossible de contacter le propriétaire de l'hébergement qui a oublié de m'envoyer le code d'entrée pour mon arrivée prévue entre 00h et 1h du matin. L'hébergement est censée être 24/7, comme l'indique la fiche d'information sur Booking. Depuis environ 00h, j'ai contacté le propriétaire et Booking, qui n'a apporté aucune solution. Je suis actuellement enceinte, déshydratée et fatiguée dans la rue à 2h du matin. Update : J'ai réussi à joindre le personnel à 3h du matin. Qui m'a communiqué le code oralement. Le lendemain matin, elle m'explique qu'elle à envoyé sur WhatsApp. Je lui réponds que je n'ai pas WhatsApp, que et jusqu'à présent nous communiquions sur la messagerie dédiée et spécialisée de Booking, je ne vois pas pourquoi le moyen de communication changerait pour le code d'entrée, surtout sans prévenir. Et quand bien même, nous ne sommes pas amis pour échanger sur un réseau social privé non pro et je n'ai aucunement donné l'autorisation à qui que ce soit de me contacter sur mon numéro de téléphone personnel (cf : conditions d'utilisation et de réservation Booking) Il n'est mentionné nul part sur leur conditions générales, sur leur fiche Booking ou autre qu'il faut avoir WhatsApp pour entrer dans l'appartement. Bref, je suis actuellement en réclamation avec Booking et Paypal. Sinon, les chambres sont assez confortables, je n'ai pas trouvé l'emplacement avantageux, et en ce moment, toutes les rues piétonnes sont en travaux donc difficile de se déplacer. Attention cependant au petit déjeuner : il faut sortir de l'hôtel, marcher bien 15min, se retrouver dans un café pour se voir servir un croissant et un Cappucino.

Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day whilst we were there. One of the let down was the door. Probably due to the age of the building they are not tightly fitted so let light and noise through. Was not too much of a problem to us as the property was not full but I’m sure it could be a problem when it’s at full capacity
