위치는 정말 좋습니다. 건물도 옛날 건물이 아니라 비교적 새로 지어져서 괜찮습니다.
근데… 정말 서비스가 실망이었습니다. 일단 프런트도 여기 없고 멀리 다른 건물에 있어서 체크인 하려면 두오모 쪽에 가야 하고요. 심지어 거기에 기숙사 사감처럼 한명만..
여름 후기에 에어컨 문제가 있었는데 겨울이라 가볍게 넘긴 게 문제였죠ㅋ 히터에서 찬 바람이 나올 줄이야.. 직원에게 말하니까 나중에 그냥 솜이불 하나 주더라고요? 덮을만은 했는데 히터를 고치거나 되는 방으로 옮겨주거나 이런 것도 아니라 참 실망이었습니다 (애초에 그럴거면 어떻게 쓰는지 직접 왜 알려줬는지)
가장 문제는 수건!! 유럽여행동안 단 한번도 수건 문제를 겪은 적이 없는데 여기서 이럴줄이야 수건을 쓰고 발매트 위에 모아놨는데 바닥에 놓은 수건을 그냥 다시 걸어놓는 서비스는 대체 뭐죠?? 그리고 3일동안 묵는 사람한테 수건도 리필 안 해주길래 두번째 날에는 new towel이라고 영어 이탈리아어 에스빠뇨르로 써놓으니까 그제서야 작은 수건은 리필해주고 큰 수건은 그대로ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아니 어느 호텔이 바닥에 놓은 수건을 그대로 걸어주고 가는 거죠?
이 중 하나만 겪었으면 그러려니 할텐데 수건도 아끼고 사람도 안 쓰고 무인모텔 급의 서비스 받으니 참 기분이 머 같았네요. 이거 보시는 분은 부디 더 좋은 호텔 찾아가세요

Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto confortável e silencioso com mesa com café, chá e biscoitos. Local para fazer refeição com forno e microondas. Ótimo atendimento. ùnico problema é que se trata de um flat, chegamos na hora do almoço e a porta estava fechada. Não sabíamos que tínhamos que ir para o escritório pegar o cartão de entrada, mas por sorte tinha uma pessoa do escritório saindo de lá naquele momento e nos ajudou muito! A estadia foi perfeita após este check in.

Excelente localização e tamanho do quarto fantástico! Uma bela experiência. Pena que o check in deva ser feito em outro endereço! Mas não prejudica o brilho de se hospedar no hotel! A localização é fantástica! Vale muito a pena!
Obs.: o estacionamento é tercerizado e relativamente distante do hotel/check-in... esse para mim é o único ponto realmente negativo

Noisy area. Cafe downstairs plays music till 1am every night. This is not the fault of the hotel but you should be aware that if you stay here this is a pre condition of the local environment. Room and bathroom are very nice and comfortable. Annoying check-in procedure at another site. Position is good. Don’t rely on the breakfast.
