The location is really good. The building is also relatively new, not an old building, so it's okay. however… The service was really disappointing. First of all, there is no front desk here, and it is in another building far away, so you have to go to the Duomo to check in. Even there is only one person like the head of the dorm... There was a problem with the air conditioner in the late summer, but it was winter, so it was a problem that I passed lightly. It was worth covering, but it was really disappointing that the heater wasn't fixed or moved to a room that could be used. The biggest problem is towels!! I've never had a problem with towels during my trip to Europe, but I can't believe it here. I put on towels and collected them on the mat, but what the hell is the service that just hangs the towels on the floor again?? And they didn't even refill towels for people staying for 3 days, so on the second day, they wrote "new towel" in English and Italian Español, so they refilled the small towels and left the large towels. Are you giving? If you've experienced just one of these, you'd think so, but I felt really good when I saved towels, didn't use people, and received unmanned motel-class service. If you see this, please find a better hotel

Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto confortável e silencioso com mesa com café, chá e biscoitos. Local para fazer refeição com forno e microondas. Ótimo atendimento. ùnico problema é que se trata de um flat, chegamos na hora do almoço e a porta estava fechada. Não sabíamos que tínhamos que ir para o escritório pegar o cartão de entrada, mas por sorte tinha uma pessoa do escritório saindo de lá naquele momento e nos ajudou muito! A estadia foi perfeita após este check in.

Excellent location and fantastic room size! A beautiful experience. It's a shame that check in has to be done at another address! But it doesn't detract from the shine of staying at the hotel! The location is fantastic! It's so worth it! Note: parking is outsourced and relatively far from the hotel/check-in... this for me is the only really negative point
