Our accommodation at Hotel Boutique Residenza d' Época was excellent, we stayed at the Umberto apar**ent, rooms and bathrooms were super clean, spacious and comfortable. Mateo's reception was great and Umberto's reception was sensational, it's my birthday and Umberto didn't hesitate to give me a good bottle of wine as a gift, left water, soft drinks, juices and several alcoholic drinks available, complete and delicious breakfast, not to mention the excellent location, in one of the main squares, almost facing the Galeria degli Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio, several bars and stores... I highly recommend this hotel, we just left but wanting to be back soon!

This is a lovely little boutique hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; and the location is perfect—right on the side of the Piazza Della Signori.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in Europe. The building has historic roots and one of the frescoes is visible. I was greeted by the wonderful Sebastian, who showed me to my gorgeous room overlooking the Piazza della Signoria. No noise, by the way. The windows are 100% soundproof. Everything was first class: the linens, toiletries, furnishings. The breakfast made you feel like royalty. So much choice and elegance. There is also a full bar and cold drinks for guests. I wish I could have stayed longer. It’s the kind of place that is special. Take note of the address. There is no sign, just the name on the metal buzzer plaque.

We loved this place! The location can’t be beat! Other hotels in the area were double the price. The rooms are lovely and the staff (especially Sebastian) was fabulous. Way exceeded my expectations! There is no main lobby when you first walk in but I didn’t care at all. There is a lovely dining room and during breakfast, guests can sit together at one large table which was fun. It had a charming and authentic feel to it. Stairs when you first walk in but there is a small lift for the bags and Sebastian took care of them for us. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Florence.

We had a great 1 night stay here. The staff/family are very welcoming and hospitable. You were made to feel at home. Breakfast was fruit, coffee, pastries and choice of eggs cooked to order. There was a fridge and bar on the third floor you were welcome to use, very kind. The room was historic and really cool. Even included a tele on an easel. There are air con units and windows are openable. Great location just off the square. Would recommend for a stay!

Location TOP, struttura MERAVIGLIOSA, colazione IMPECCABILE ma la parte da evidenziare è senza dubbio la cortesia di tutto lo staff, sempre disponibile con un approccio professionale ed un sorriso. Le camere sono arredate con gusto ed attenzione, le amenities di qualità e la struttura ricca di storia e fascino in chiave moderna. Una vera gemma rara nel centro di Firenze. Ritorneremo sicuramente e nel mentre, non mancheremmo di raccomandare questa soluzione come ideale per soggiorni all’insegna del comfort e stile 100% italiano.

Wonderful historic a**osphere in this 13th century house with beautiful antique furniture and pictures. Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed with proper sheets and right off the Piazza Signoria. Highly recommend for those who like traditional character and charm.
