La nota positiva di questa struttura è sicuramente la gentilezza del proprietario il quale ha apportato un notevole sconto sul prezzo finale della camera in quanto per un errore da parte sua non ci aveva consegnato la camera che in fase di prenotazione ci aveva invece riservato .

Una soluzione per girare Firenze, a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro.Camere pulite e confortevoli.Colazione ottima croissant artigianali. Matteo proprietario è una persona gentilissima e attenta alle nostre esigenze Grazie.

Credo che il titolo dica tutto. Siamo tornati a firenze dopo diversi anni, trovato questo b&b dopo un’estenuante ricerca, posizione ottimale, prezzo onesto, cortesia del proprietario, garage a 20 mt convenzionato, cosa cercare di più? Ci vedremo presto. Consigliatissimo

Un lugar perfecto para aloj**** en Florencia. Está cerca de la estación de tren y andando llegas en nada al mismísimo Duomo. El alojamiento está muy bien y Matteo es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Todo está bastante nuevo. Lo único malo que hay una discoteca cerca y si vas en verano y estas con las ventanas abiertas hay un poco de ruido, pero bueno siempre se puede dormir con el aire acondicionado jaja

B&B located near the station, in a strategic point .. everything can be reached in a short time on foot ... Mr Marco is extremely helpful and very friendly ... welcoming, warm, not noisy, clean rooms .. the only drawback in our room was the small bathroom .. abundant breakfast recommended 👍

Small rooms and essential furniture, tiny and claustrophobic bathroom, to the point that there is not even a bidet. Poor services starting from the breakfast which cannot be called such because it does not exist ... two/three packs of COUNTED rusks, half a liter of long-term milk, some yoghurt and two types of cereals ... a coffee machine that made some IMPROPER coffee...in the morning someone left some paper bags with some brioches still closed inside...we had a three-year-old boy who practically had no choice in the morning, luckily I had brought some biscuits from home. .. non-existent reception, practically the owner is not known when he was there, so much so that after two days of stay the cleaning ladies did not leave the shower gel packs in the room and not knowing who to ask, we had to wash with shampoo . They took away three towels, they put two back... from the rooms you can hear practically EVERYTHING and I mean EVERY SINGLE WORD you can say to each other... in short, more than a bed and breakfast it looked like a house with rented rooms and it's okay that it was the period of new year's eve but for what was offered the price paid I considered it excessive ... in short, I would not go back and I would not recommend it.

I stayed for three nights, a somewhat impromptu trip on my own. Excellent area a few minutes from the station and then very close to the center (coming home even in the evening was quiet). I did the self check in arriving late and it was very convenient. Perfect room. Matteo was very clear and kind. Highly recommended!

B&B located in via Faenza not far from Firenze S.M.N. and from the main streets of the centre. As the name suggests it is located in a historic building. Large rooms and furnishings in line with the style of the building. The only flaw, perhaps, the bathroom a bit small and without a bidet. Breakfast included in the price simple and basic. The friendly manager Matteo, very kind and helpful, with every customer request.
