1) First of all, it is very unfriendly to guests dragging luggage. You need to move your luggage to almost the second floor before there is an elevator. 2) Secondly, the front desk staff did not speak English at all and needed to use Google Translate to communicate. They conveyed to us the message that they are only there when guests check-in. Usually the hotel is empty (no work at all) personnel) 3) I booked the room with breakfast included, but what is surprising is that the so-called breakfast is actually packaged food and drinks already in the refrigerator. The staff used Google Translate to tell us that the next day’s breakfast is here. Secondly We can take the food in the room to the public space to eat on the day... When I realized that the price was completely inconsistent with the hotel's description/service, I asked to cancel the order. At this time, the staff called their lady, who may be the supervisor. The other party had a tough attitude, meaning that these points I raised were I should have known this when I made the reservation and refused to cancel the order for me.

I wanted to check out because of leg pain. The boss promised to help with the luggage, so I didn't check out. When I got there, I was told that there was no luggage help service. The elevator was at the top of this long staircase and I had to go up the corner of the stairs. It took a lot of effort to get up. The room was okay, with antique furniture. There was no quilt, but a pilling blanket, which was not soundproof. The bath towel had a smell. I will choose a hotel next time. It was agreed that I could store my luggage in the afternoon of the check-out day, but when I checked out, I was directly refused and said that it was not possible. It was simply outrageous. Now I understand how the glory of their ancestors was lost, and they were reduced to selling noodles.

We stayed with a friend from 14th to 17th. Excellent location from there you can reach all the points of interest on foot. The view onto Piazza della Signoria is unique. Simona who welcomed us was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended Cinzia

In the heart of Florence, this accommodation allows you to visit everything on foot. The welcome is warm and the room very pleasant. A collective kitchen is available and breakfast included is available in the room. Fridge with bar. The only downside is that the room is designed for 5 people with a double bed, a single bed and a 120cm bed which is too small for two children aged 10 and 13. The room overlooking the square, there is noise late at night and early in the morning but that can also have its charm.

The ancient tower living room overlooks Piazza della Signoria in the center, in fact it is a 5/10 minute walk from all the most characteristic and important places in Florence. The rooms are well looked after and very clean. Breakfast is good, you help yourself with what you have in your mini bar which contains juices, milk, water etc., and nearby there are biscuits, coffee, small jams and more. The staff is very kind, competent and is always available for anything! Thank you Pamela and Simona, we will definitely see you again!!
