Una trappola per turisti, rumorosa e fredda. Per tanto costosa. Diffidate dalle recensioni estive e di turisti che ci sono stati una sola notte. I riscaldamenti funzionano ma ci sono perdite di calore e la notte la temperatura scende molto, ci siamo ritrovati malati dopo la prima notte. Stanza pulita e ben arredata e staff molto gentile Peccato che la serratura della camera fosse difettosa! Per tanto. La descrizione specificava che la camera era insonorizzata. PER NULLA. Si sentiva sia ciò che accadeva nelle stanze vicine che FUORI. La via della residenza è piena di Locali, gli schiamazzi durati fino al mattino non hanno permesso un buon riposo in nessuno dei due giorni. Pertanto. Il bagno gelido non controsoffittato nonostante il termosifone acceso restava freddo Per tanto segni di umidità grave alle finestre, buchi nel muro sopra al letto e lenzuola bucate. Da evitare caldamente. 270€ mal spesi.

So perfect it’s hard to describe, how clean and immaculate this place was. The staff were amazing too. Air conditioning worked perfectly. So close to Ponte Vecchio and the view of the Arno River from our room was spectacular. Thanks for making our 20th year anniversary so much better, my kids loved the sofa beds. We loved the coffee as well, having a fridge is a bonus. Every single detail during our stay was covered.

Great accommodation - nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. Helpful front desk and good central location just south of the river and the very heart of Florence. A little noisy but to be expected being central and surrounded by bars.

Quite difficult to check in - there are two gates to negotiate and then a certain amount of ‘insider knowledge’ required. Not ideal if you have a late evening arrival. Otherwise all good: fine location just off the river; friendly reception; big well-appointed rooms.
