Nice hotel in a quiet location, close to the center. Rooms are simple, but fine and clean! Staff very friendly and helpful. In the morning they have a delicious breakfast, which is also constantly replenished! I would recommend the hotel to everyone in any case!

When I checked in, a lady at the front desk informed me that breakfast was served from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. m. to 10 a.m. m. The next morning I showed up at 9:20 a.m. m. and the man serving was VERY rude and told me it was too late (really? 40 minutes before the end time?). I felt so uncomfortable with his attitude that I decided to grab some bread and left. The worst happened after checkout!!! I checked out on time. An older man (I think the owner) was at the reception and saw me dropping off my luggage to pick it up later. I literally asked him if I needed to do anything else to officially check out. He said everything was ready (there was no doubt he was already leaving the hotel). At that point, he literally said that upon returning, I could ask for the key and return to my room to use the bathroom after collecting my luggage. I thought it was strange because I had already checked out, but I thought it was nice that he offered it. When I returned to get my luggage, a younger man at the front desk offered me the keys, as the older man had told me. I agreed because I wanted to charge my phone and go to the bathroom. After a few minutes, 3 men knocked violently on the room door. They started shouting and insulting me, telling me that I had to leave immediately. They VIOLENTLY dragged me out of the room yelling and insulting me all the way to the front door. Meanwhile I was trying to explain what happened and what the owner said in the morning, and that as he said, they offered me the keys when I came back for my luggage. They kept yelling and saying I was lying. I was shocked and kept asking them to call the owner and confirm what he was saying. They refused to do so and continued to insult me ​​until I left. Definitely the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN A HOTEL. Do not come.

Hotel quite close to the center of Florence. In 15 minutes you can reach every attraction of the Tuscan city. Poorly soundproofed and dated rooms. Very damaged fixtures. Breakfast minimal but acceptable. Positive note on cleanliness. the kindness and friendliness of all the staff.

It is one of the most austere hotels I have ever been in (actually it is a hostel type with many rooms that share a bathroom), a large but empty room for 3 people with minimal amenities, there was no nightstand in the second bed, No chair or electrical connection. The photos they have sell very well. The hotel/hostel has a nice garden and its breakfast is good, and you can walk to the center of Florence, if you want.
