We stayed in the Residence Johanna, rather than Hotel Bonifacio across the road. It was more like a hostel in an apartment with a shared common area and fridge with people coming and going late into the night (including other permanent residences in nearby apartments within the building). Staff were polite and the Italian breakfast (croissants, yoghurt, coffee) was quite good. However the bed was so hard and it was so loud with people going at night it was three nights of very poor sleep. I would not stay again.

Beautiful street and convenient location for a quick stay in Florence. Host was very helpful with bags and check in.

Sono andata a Firenze per motivi di lavoro ed ho avuto la fortuna di pernottare per qualche giorno presso la residenza Johanna. A soli 10 minuto dal duomo,questa residenza ti permette di fare un salto nel passato con la storicità che la caratterizza. A questo si aggiunge la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario e di tutto lo staff! Un posto che ti fa sentire a casa senza dubbio.

Dimora situata a 1km dal Duomo, circa un quarto d'ora a piedi, comodissimo! E' nella zona ZTL quindi attenzione, si può parcheggiare al parcheggio "PARTERRE" a una decina di minuti scarsi a piedi, parcheggio molto economico rispetto ad altre soluzioni (15 euro intera giornata). Accoglienza perfetta, stanza pulitissima, colazione nella norma, il gestore chiede in anticipo causa Covid il giorno prima cosa volete trovare tra scelta di dolce e salato ma, amici celiaci, per la mia bimba di tre anni il proprietario si è fatto in quattro per darle la maggior scelta senza glutine possibile, come da foto. Consigliatissima soprattutto ripeto per la cordialità e gentilezza della gestione.
