Riporto un episodio molto spiacevole e poco serio da parte della struttura. Dopo aver concordato telefonicamente un prezzo e dopo aver ricevuto conferma scritta da parte della struttura, il giorno stesso della mia prenotazione -mentre sono alle porte di Firenze - ricevo un messaggio WhatsApp da parte della signora dell’albero in cui vengo informato che la mia camera era stata data ad altri e che per me non c’era alcuna soluzione alternativa. Dopo aver provveduto a chiamare la struttura, per loro evidentemente era sufficiente un messaggio di chat, l’unica risposta fornita è stata “non è un nostro problema!”. Non ci si può improvvisare albergatori, mi pare chiaro, ma almeno l’educazione e l’affidabilità sono la minima caratteristica richiesta per chi svolge attività ricettiva. Totalmente sconsigliato. State attenti che potreste ritrovati a Firenze, il giorno stesso della vostra prenotazione senza una stanza in cui dormire.

Sicuramente proprietaria gentile e super disponibile, e ambiente silenzioso e molto vicino al centro, ma per quanto riguarda la camera non sono rimasta soddisfatta. Ho trovato molta polvere su comodini e telecomandi, ed il bagno era abbastanza vecchio e danneggiato.. Nonostante i prezzi non alti si dovrebbe sistemare un po'..
