No-frills, small hotel (eight rooms?) run by a very friendly and fluent German couple. Clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is not included but is easily obtainable in the neighborhood. Fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza della Signoria (although ongoing construction makes the entrance a bit difficult to find!).

Piccolo hotel centralissimo. Ottima posizione a due passi da tutto. Spazi e servizi sono quelli di un hotel a 1 stella ma la gentilezza dei titolari è da 5 stelle! Bagno minuscolo ma con una doccia nuovissima. Ambienti puliti e, cosa molto gradita, due cuscini di diversa tipologia tra cui scegliere. Un piccolo consiglio. Se possibile, mettere dei profumatori d'ambiente nelle camere con delle fragranze delicate perché l'umidità dell'edificio antico in cui si trova si fa un po' sentire all'ingresso in camera.

Owners are a lovely your couple, this is a small place with 8 rooms. Clean, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, air conditioned, elevator in the main building. Surprisingly quiet considering the area is very busy. No TV in the rooms, not a negative for me. There is a common use refrigerator. Good WiFi.

The air conditioning is the best we had while in Italy!
Feels like you are living in an apar**ent or townhouse, not a traditional hotel experience. Very reasonably priced and great location!

This hotel is centrally located, on the fourth floor and the elevator works! We enjoyed the concert at the Piazza della Signoria, just around the corner from the hotel. Ines made us feel like we were special guests in a home. The room was clean, the aircon worked, the pillows and towels were fluffy.

Hotel fantastico nel centro di Firenze, vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali. È stato di fondamentale importanza, poiché avendo a disposizione un weekend, ci ha permesso di visitare e vedere la maggior parte delle attrazioni che può offrire questa città. Una delle tante che sarebbe la fontana del Porcellino è proprio sotto l’hotel. Personale accogliente e camera ben tenuta, nella media e con bagno in camera. È il perfetto compromesso se si hanno a disposizione pochi giorni!

Posizione centralissima, nel vicolo di fronte il Palazzo Vecchio, e consente l’arrivo in pochi minuti a tutte le attrazioni più importanti. Personale molto gentile. Stanza accogliente, un po’ piccola ma ottima per un weekend per due persone.
