The location is excellent, close to the train station. It is convenient to travel to every attraction and the road is OK. The front desk staff is friendly and the room is medium-sized. However, there are few breakfast options and the coffee is delicious.

It's close to the subway. It's quiet. I was grateful for luggage storage after check-out.
The bed is clean and warm. The water comes out well. There is also breakfast, but I don't.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura perchè vicina al Nelson Mandela Forum a Firenze ed in effetti tale si è rivelato. La posizione è ottimale e dotata anche di mezzi pubblici molto vicini, appena in fondo alla via. Se invece amate camminare in 20 minuti si può raggiungere le prime strade del centro. Confermiamo lo stile retrò delle camere e arredi ma il nostro bagno era rinnovato e pulito. Molte recensioni negative ci hanno precedute ma dobbiamo dire che per il prezzo pagato a notte e ciò che abbiamo ricevuto ci sentiamo soddisfatte. Ci ha accolte una signora molto calorosamente che ci ha spiegato come entrare con il codice alla sera dopo il concerto, per poi scoprire che in ogni caso erano rimasti in reception ad aspettare gli ospiti visto che altri erano lì per il concerto. Colazione basica è vero, con alcuni prodotti confezionati , come scritto in altre recensioni ma questo non significa che siamo scadenti, anzi; sul tavolo colazioni c'erano anche due torte da forno, pane, prosciutto cotto e sottilette. Ottimo cappuccino servitoci da una ragazze gentile e disponibile.

Da evitare assolutamente!Hotel arredato e accessoriato in modo obsoleto. L odore della cucina fino alle camere ,personale ne qualificato ne cortese.parcheggio lungo la strada ma fortuna a trovarlo . accoglienza pessima. 30 minuti circa a piedi dal centro

Upon arrival there were no rooms available, overbooked. Staff mentioned that there is no internet access, hence, no Fax/ copy machine access. They aren’t aware when rooms are available or not.
Shame on ******* that allows these type of Hotels available to people. It’s a ripe off. Charged me for the room for all those days. ******* states that’s their policy? Conchetta, front desk drove us to another Hotel, is that their policy too? Very Disappointed!! I will never ever use ******* again nor look at this terrible Hotel! After traveling for many hours the least you want to hear is that there is no room for you after you made the reservation.
