The location is very convenient, within a 10-minute walk from Florence train station. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the bath water is very hot and flush, and the heater in the room is warm. There is a public tea break area with free drinks, snacks and fruits. Hope the bedding can be improved.

Excellent location, close to train station and city centre. Beautiful unique rooms, very clean an cozy. The staff is amazing! Very friendly and warm. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved staying here! The room was spacious, facilities were clean and updated, and the location was great! Easy walk to anywhere you need to go in Firenze! Viola, the host, is awesome, was very accommodating to us, and had great recommendations. We will be staying here next time we visit!
