Dimora del Cardinale - Residenza d'Epoca

Really good Accommodation in Florence. Close to all amenities in the old section of Florence. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Tea and coffee station. Highly recommended. Slightly tricky to find.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights. Apparently they have only been open since March so they are new to this. But the host was so helpful when we missed the last train to Florence - he was available to let us in remotely. The hotel is situated on the first floor of an old renovated building in the centre of Florence - 5 mins walk from the Duomo. the rooms are all converted and have everything you would need. The staff are lovely and so kind. there is a small lounge area with coffee and tea available - this room has frescos on the walls and ceiling. It is like stepping back in time. Our room had a little terrace area to sit and eat if we wanted. We loved it and we loved the staff - the lady there gave my daughter a lovely hug on leaving
