Cons: 1. Located on the 4th floor of an old building without an elevator with large high steps. 2. When you arrive, no one is waiting for you, you will ring the doorbell and phone for an eternity. 3 The staff doesn't speak English. 4. The toilet with bath is located across the corridor, and not in your room!!! BE CAREFUL! 5. Every time you need to open and close all doors ONLY with the KEY, both inside and outside!!! ABSOLUTELY All the doors in this hotel. Even the front door to the hotel itself. Bathroom and toilet too. 6. The owner will not make concessions to you and no one will change anything for you. 7. Tax per guest 5.50€ extra at the hotel. 8. Breakfast from 8 to 10 am croissants, yogurt and cereal

The location is simply great! The very center of the city! Please note check-in time: until 20.00!!!! We asked to check in later, they confirmed it, for which we thank you very much! But I had to go through the quest)) So it’s better to follow the rules and check in on time. The rooms are in an old house, very atmospheric! Breakfast: buffet, fresh crispy croissants and coffee - made our morning! I recommend!

The breakfast in this hotel is pretty good, and it is worth the price. The location is also very good. It is a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The transportation nearby is also quite convenient. The only drawback is that the hotel is on the third floor of a building, there is no elevator, and the third floor is very high, and it takes a lot of breath to climb up.

3階（日本で言う4階）に位置しているにも関わらずエレベーターがなく、スーツケースの持ち込みに苦労しました。 また、鍵の開け閉めも難しいし、wifiも部屋だと電波が遠くて使えなかったです。 エアコンの効きが悪かったり、タオルを交換してくれなかったりと不備は多々あります。 朝食は美味しかったです。

Buena ubicación , Por lo demás normalito para el precio que tiene. La ducha un poco antigua y tiene poco caudal, incluso se inunda un poquito el plato de la ducha . En recepción nos atendieron muy bien a pesar q no entendiamos bien el idioma . En cuanto a instalaciones me esperaba más.

This was the perfect stay on our trip to Florence, the room itself was not only clean and spacious, but it was also beautiful and charming. An incredible location for exploring the city, through the recommendations from our outstanding host, Marcello.

Old, tired,shabby, smelly hotel. We stayed in a superior room which was looking much nicer on the website pictures. Musky smell everywhere. The bedspread wasn't clean..Tiny TV on the wall. However the room was spacious and our bed was comfortable . Very modest breakfast.

The location of the B&B is truly excellent for visiting the city, just a few meters from the centre. The building is very old, there is no lift so you have to climb 3 floors of stairs. We had the “Petrarca” room, charming, comfortable and clean. The breakfast simple but good. We did not find any defects. Very friendly staff and available for any information!

We are a young couple!! We stayed in this B&B for 3 nights. Our room bore the name of "Petrarca" and was really lovely: the bed was very clean, the lovely ceiling and the large bright window. The only negative notes: lack of shower and bidet, limited breakfast and many many stairs to climb, very uncomfortable, especially with luggage. Location 10 out of 10, very central and connected to every corner of the city. The gentleman who welcomed us was really nice, patient, despite the problems and, finally, capable of illustrating the ways forward. We had a very, very good time!!!

I stayed at this property with a friend for one night in the San Martino room. I have to say that our experience was very disappointing. The location is excellent, the b&b is located inside a historic Art Nouveau building in the center of Florence. All places of major interest are easily reachable on foot. The sore point is the very small room, equipped with a single skylight placed high up with evident signs of water infiltration on the wall. The paint is old with obvious signs of wear on the walls which appear peeling in several places. The bathroom is located inside the room, separated by a plasterboard partition. The shower has no hand shower and the siphon is clogged and after turning on the water it stagnates. The air conditioning in the room is old and very noisy, so much so that we were forced to turn it off at night to be able to sleep. Breakfast is served in a frescoed common room, the choice is very limited. The structure could be a real jewel, but it would need careful restoration as it deserves... We paid 175 euros for one night... I would say too much for a poorly maintained structure...

It is a nice B&B But 81 steps to get to the historic 3rd floor, that is, it is like 5 or 6 common floors. The breakfast is fair for a B&B But the value of the stay is extremely disproportionate to the service. The Internet is cut off and there is no one to solve it for you. Etc….

Welcoming and smiling staff We took a room with separate bathroom = bathroom is on the landing as well as the toilets. Bathroom: incredible heat, no ventilation and a single spotlight to light up the entire bathroom. The hair dryer does not work. 3rd floor without elevator Very average breakfast
