Neely refurbished rooms. Great location! Right next to the Medici Chapel. Many restaurants close. Beautiful breakfast room with tasty options. Friendly staff. I’ve stayed here before and I will stay here again. Perfect stay! Grazie mille!

Hotel Palazzo Benci is truly the perfect place to stay when visiting Florence. Not only is it conveniently located close to the main train station (which is essential when it comes to traveling to and from the city) as well as must-visit locations like the Duomo, Galleria dell’Accademia, and the Central Market, it's also just an incredibly friendly place. The staff are super friendly and helped us with absolutely everything we needed. They were in contact with us before our stay even started to make sure that everything went smoothly and were always willing to answer any and all questions that we might've had. And the rooms? They're just as advertised. They're comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. All of the work of the recent renovations was totally worth it. The only thing travelers need to be aware of is that the walls are paper thin; it's easy to hear someone's phone go off from rooms away or overhear loud conversations behind closed doors. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. There's truly no better place to call your home away from home than Hotel Palazzo Benci.

My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer at Hotel Palazzo Benci! The staff was so kind and welcoming and the recent room renovations were really well done. Our room was so quiet too! It looked out onto a busier plaza with restaurants, a view of the Medici Chapels, and even the Duomo and Bell Tower! But as soon as the windows were closed, you couldn’t hear a thing. I was traveling with a friend so it was great they offered single bed options (which were very comfy) so we each had our own space. The staff also called a taxi for us in the morning and had water and pastries packed for us to go. I’ll definitely stay here on my next trip to Florence!

The Hotel was clean and quiet. It is a great location with shops and restaurants steps away. It is also about a 7 min walk to the train station. The staff were very accommodating. Alessandra in particular. Break fast was great and included. I would stay again if I were in Florence.

Wonderful hotel in the very center of the city, close to everything, good breakfast, clean room, elevator, friendly and helpful staff. Close to the train station, nice restaurants close -by. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Front desk staff was most helpful

tolle lage zu einem sehr fairen preis und sehr nettes personal, frühstück gut, zimmer war gross und ruhig sowie sauber, dusche etwas klein aber ok, duschgel könnte in grösserer menge zur verfügung gestellt werden statt nur in einweg-plastikbeuteln. kühlschrank und tv vorhanden.

Um hotel muito elegante e aconchegante. Perto da estação de trem, localizado no centro histórico, limpeza impecável, café da manhã num espaço lindo e com variedades suficientes para agradar diferentes paladares. Simplesmente amei e recomendo a estadia. E por último mas também importante, a atenção e simpatia do STAFF deste hotel. Quando retornar a Firenze com toda certeza esse hotel será novamente escolhido.

Such a wonderful find in the heart of Florence. The hotel was perfect location to walk to main attractions and very close to train. Great friendly staff very helpful amd super breakfast to start the day. Very clean too ! trattoria Za Za and La Bruchetta best dinner find

Posizione comodissima a pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni e dal centro. Il personale (tutto!) si è dimostrato professionale e disponibile. La camera singola aveva comunque un letto comodo, il bagno piccolino ma curato e pulito. Gli spazi comuni sono accoglienti e raffinati
