The apartment was the best apartment I have ever stayed in! Great condition and everything you could need. The free Prosecco and coffee was a bonus I was not expecting! The quality of the finishes in the apartment were amazing as well as the bath robes and towels. But the best bit was the view... what can I say... It's better than the pictures! The apartment was bigger than I expected! The communications with the host were fantastic as I had been running late with flights!

My wife and I stayed for two weeks for our honeymoon. The rooftop Duomo view and eating area was amazing. Staying in Piazza della Repubblica was perfect location of Florence. The unit was well appointed with all amenities required. We could live there! Book with no hesitation!

Excellent appartment: exactly as in pictures, even better, clean, contemporary, host was reliable, punctual, easy to reach through mail and whatsapp, location could not be better, and the view is extraordinary (Duomo Appartment), top of the top, better that the pictures! Would definitely recommend.

The Firenze Repubblica apartments are well located in the heart of Florence; you can explore the whole city on foot and have one of the best views of the city. The apartments are within a mixed use apartments building, but they are secure and there is a reception area as you walk in through the large wooden doors (note: this is a day only concierge area for the building, as opposed to a reception for the guests of these apartments, but the staff who are present when it is open are helpful and welcoming). Upon arrival, follow the address specified to find the apartments, and you are greeted by a positive and helpful management member. The management team give you contact details too if you happen to need them during your stay. The apartment itself is spacious, nicely decorated and generally well maintained. The view from your terrace is the highlight and unique selling point. It is stunning and well worth every penny. The terrace is a good size so you can relax there too. The apartment appears to be sound proofed as you hear no noise at all, it is also fully air conditioned/heated. The Prosecco was a nice touch on arrival, and you are equipped with essentials such as shampoo etc. as well as a large umbrella which was very useful! The shower although in the middle of the room, has a privacy curtain if you wish to use as well. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a central, attractive apartment with a beautiful view. We were only here for a weekend, but as it’s so well located, you can see so much of what Florence has to offer thanks to this. It is also next to two taxi ranks which is helpful as Uber isn’t really available here. One tiny thing to note: there is no safe in the apartment we stayed in. This would be a great addition!

Beautiful apartment with incredible view of the Duomo. Nice size apartment, very modern and nicely appointed. View directly on the Duomo. Nice terrace to enjoy. Lovely bathroom, though I didn't like the glass enclosed shower in the middle of the room. Small kitchen to do some cooking. Great location. Quiet. They were helpful in receiving a package I had sent to the apartment. Check in process was bad. They asked me to meet someone at 2. He did not show up until 2:35, no communication that he would be late. I called their number multiple times, but no one ever answered the phone. They did provide a bottle of wine as an apology, but it did not make up for the aggravation at the moment. The apartment is managed by a hotel group. They were hard to contact. They did respond to emails. This is not a hotel so don't expect service. Apartment is in an office building, however there are 2 cafe/bars down stairs.

Our stay was incredible. The room, and especially the view from the terrace, were breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Florence.

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks while in Italy, the location is awesome, the balcony has a gorgeous view of the city and of the Duomo. AC works great, clean, central. We loved it and would recommend it and stay here again. It is located in the oldest piazza in Florence, 2 restaurants right out the main entrance door and shopping more eating and drinking at every corner. Absolutely amazing!
