這個公寓的位置和設施其實都還行，佛羅倫薩去過很多次，相比核心區附近的酒店大約要多走15分鐘路程，4人入住性價比還是可以的。但這邊需要着重投訴一下攜程的問題，這個公寓屬於在佛羅倫薩一家經營很多民宿公寓的公司旗下，採用非接觸式check in，現在這在國內外都很常見。但是採用這種check in方式需要提前做好完善的溝通，有些需要提前網上登記相關訊息，民宿方才會告知入住的指引。可在攜程預訂確認後，直到入住當天我都未收到任何郵件或電話溝通，聯繫攜程客服後，説他們也聯繫不上相關代理，讓我留了郵箱説代理會聯繫我，攜程上給的聯繫電話也是有問題的。之後又等了兩個小時毫無音訊，最終我在網上找到了這間民宿所屬的代理公司，電話聯繫後才給我發了網上登記的郵件和相關入住指引，10分鐘搞定。民宿公司的人員説他們發了很多封郵件一直沒有迴音，具體哪裡出了問題我不評價。但既然是採用無接觸check in的方式，攜程方面不進行任何提前溝通，無任何指引訊息，找了客服最終也沒消息，可以説毫無作為。如果沒有相關經驗，可想而知結果就是到了地方人進不去，當地聯繫電話不對，找攜程客服解決不了的尷尬局面。
