It met expectations, I think it was good value for money.
The only point that is a little annoying is the shared bathroom, but it is part of it, the cost is worth this inconvenience.

It is not a B&B Hotel, but it is an apar**ent with three rooms, shared with other people and having a single shared bathroom between all.
The price spent is not worth the quality.

I felt like when you go to Mack Donald's, you don't get what you see in the menu, you get an approximate... So, for the price we payed was OK and the location was also very good but you get another expectation from the pictures you see from the page reservation, that's why I compared with Macdonalds.

Not recommended. I stayed two nights with my girlfriend, I underline this in case anyone (like us() loses this information, which is quite important. The bathroom is shared. It is essentially an apar**ent shared with strangers. There are three rooms, everyone has their own and there is a bathroom shared between everyone. No one there to ask for information in case of need, (you have to call, if it's ok they will answer you!). we understood how to do it. We found ourselves in difficulty, as we don't have any staff we can ask. I bought some bleach to disinfect the bathroom. I repeat, if they have time they will answer you, but in those situations you will also struggle to place a call.

I really liked the structure, especially the vintage look of the building and the room. Very quiet, minimal and elegant, the room was very safe and the view from the balcony was very beautiful. I especially appreciated the proximity to the tram stop which took me to the center in a few minutes.
