Exceptional service & our experience was excellent, the staff Paulo Alessandro & Annis , were so welcoming & we were all so impressed with their hospitality. The hotel is beautiful , so much thought has been placed on the stunning pieces of furniture & glassware and art . A relaxing & unique experience, where the clientele are all made to feel special . Durante il mio recente soggiorno a Firenze, ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare a The Place Firenze, un hotel che ha recentemente subito un'attenta ristrutturazione. L'hotel si distingue per il suo raffinato gusto e l'attenzione ai dettagli, che si riflette in ogni angolo della struttura. La camera in cui ho soggiornato era perfetta, con arredi che rispecchiavano lo stile e l'eleganza dell'hotel. Il bagno, moderno e ben arredato, completava l'esperienza di comfort. Fin dal mio arrivo, l'accoglienza è stata eccezionale: il personale offre un servizio personalizzato che fa sentire veramente a casa. Un momento particolarmente piacevole è stato l'aperitivo che abbiamo preso nello spazio esterno riservato, situato in una bellissima piazza Santa Maria Novella. Anche qui, il servizio è stato impeccabile. The Place Firenze si configura non solo come un hotel, ma come una vera e propria boutique di ospitalità, dove ogni dettaglio è pensato per garantire un'esperienza indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca un soggiorno esclusivo nel cuore di Firenze.

This is a very well located Boutique Hotel. The concierge was excellent. The rooms are charming. It has a very relaxed feel even though it's in such a busy city. We had an interior room but it was quiet and charming. Very nice amenities. Walking distance to the best Gelato, Shops and attractions.

I traveled to Florence with my 20 year old daughter and I had not traveled to Europe in years and was slightly hesitant. The Place was above and beyond perfect! It had understated elegance ! Everything was so wonderful! I truly have zero complaints. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave. The staff made us feel at home while the details pampered us… but not over the top! The little touches were so noticed. We loved seeing what little treat was left every night in the crystal jar. And one night my daughter stayed out very late at the clubs and I felt good knowing she would make it up to her room safety (she did and with class). I could not recommend this hotel enough. And the food and beverage was spectacular!!

l'hotel est très bien placé , le personnel très accueillant . le bémol : les chambres sont très petites , le rapport qualité-prix est élevé les produits de toilettes ne sont pas très bons . Pas de dentifrice . A ce niveau de prix !!! Il n'y a pas de bouilloire, ni de machine à café dans la chambre ; Nous sommes donc allés dans le salon prendre un thé , café , jus de fruits , mais nous n'avons signé aucune addition et avons donc cru que ce service était offert pour compenser l'absence dans les chambres . Mauvaise surprise :le thé et café aux alentours de 10 euros avec 4 petits sablés nous sont comptabilisés lors du réglement de l'addition . Nous ne savions pas que c'était payant, puisque on ne nous a pas proposé non plus de carte avec des tarifs . Dommage car dans le niveau de prix que nous avons payé , la pliule passe mal . Pas sur que nous reviendrons

L'Hotel è molto bello, il personale è fantastico, ti accoglie con gentilezza e cordialità, ti vizia durante tutto il soggiorno, sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni tua richiesta. Siamo stati felici di soggiornare per la seconda volta al The Place e sicuramente torneremo!
