The decoration is artistic and the location is good. However, the hotel room is on the third floor of the apar**ent. The ceiling height of each floor is very high, and the stairs are high. It is absolutely painful to carry large luggage upstairs or climb up to the third floor (probably similar to the 5th floor in China) if you are tired of shopping. We brought 2 large suitcases that day. One of the hotel managers helped us carry one piece of luggage, and I carried one piece by myself. When I climbed up the stairs, I couldn't move anymore.

We had a wonderful two days and would highly recommend staying here. Excellent location and amenities. Super comfortable beds and nice showers and spacious living area and kitchen. Wish we could find such gems all over Italy. Super friendly staff that spoke English and Italian well enough for us.

Lots of luxury features. The kitchen was awesome. I liked being able to close off the bedroom from the rest of the place so I didnt disturb my partner early in the morning.

Property was lovely and had everything we needed. Staff was kind and informative and the welcome box was so kind and thoughtful! I used that shopping bag for the rest of the trip!

We had a feeling this was going to be exceptional and it was! We LOVED staying here and would stay again the next time we are in Firenze. Brothers Marco and Alessio have made the perfect aparthotel. Our rooms called “Briga” were simply perfect. The building is astonishing for us as Americans sleeping and living in a building dating to 1200’s and lovingly restored to the highest standards is something I will never forget. Sitting at the window watching the street life below was so fun and so was walking everywhere. The only reason not to stay is if you can’t climb steps as there are a lot of them and no elevator. We spent New Year’s here and it was just magical in every way for our family.

The room was very pretty and the location was great. All major tourist attractions can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
If I come to Florence again, I will definitely stay here again.
