The waiters are kind, the rooms are well-equipped, clean, and the surrounding environment is beautiful. It's close to the train station and attractions. You can walk there. It's a very satisfying experience.

It is equivalent to a B&B in China. The owner buys the villa and turns it into rooms and uses it as a hotel. The facilities and services are far inferior to those of a hotel.
The location is not as convenient as the introduction. It really took a long time to walk from the train station. Later we simply took a taxi.
There is no front desk and no service staff. The only Vietnamese lady is Ruoying Ruoxian. It depends on luck to meet her on the first day we checked in. Since there is no front desk, we can’t even call the door and ring the doorbell at the beginning when we enter the villa. In the end, it doesn’t work. They just happened to be out and we walked in very passively.
The room is not as good as the photos. The facilities are old and the toilet space is relatively large. The only bright spot.
The security of the villa is good, but when you need help, you won't get any response at all.
All in all, I really don’t recommend staying here

Una estancia maravillosa en un lugar tranquilo y hermoso, muy cercano y bien comunicado tanto al centro de la ciudad como a la estación de tren. El trato de todos los trabajadores de la villa hace que la estancia gane en calidez y comodidad, como si uno estuviera en su propia casa. Gran experiencia que esperamos poder repetir en futuras ocasiones.

Abbiamo passato un week end a Firenze in questo bellissimo B&B...vicino al centro distanza 10 min a piedi... La ragazza è veramente simpatica, disponibile e gentile. Vi consiglio di passare soltanto un week end qui ,perché merita tantissimo.
