During this trip to Italy, this hotel in Florence is the most satisfactory. It has high cost performance, good service and environment, and beautiful and large rooms. The location is invincible. It is opposite LV and Cadier. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi Gallery. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the best Hunan restaurant in Florence called "Master Ba". The room is cleaned twice a day and the towels are changed. We stayed for three nights, and they did this every day. The bed is made every night. If there is only one flaw, it may be that the breakfast is not very suitable for our taste, but this is not important. You can choose to go out for breakfast in a coffee shop. The pictures are all photos of the hotel I took. I have to mention that the flowers in the room are all fresh flowers...

One should note that this is a leading hotels of the world hotel. In our experience LHW hotels have always offered exceptional service and cozy accommodations. Our time here was limited cavity that. The food was fantastic, the staff was kind and helpful. And the rooms quiet and clean. Breakfast was included and the bacon for this American was perfect. The only thing I could say is that room service was a bit lacking. If you are in Florence and wish to stay close but not in the middle of the tourists then this is the perfect hotel.

It is avfery nice hotel with very caring stuff, with excellent location.
But the room for the price we paid was small, instead of a proper shower was and old bath. The door to the bathroom was opening in and you need to get around it to get to the loo. Near the loo there is a a metal doir stopper/ each one I used the seat I heat my toes.
Also - you have to isy extra £35 to use the dis facilities. There was nothing about this extra payment in the sure when I booked. So that felt like a cone. So good hotel but too expensive for what they offer and the rooms are nit 5 stars .

It is a very pleasant hotel, excellent staff. The only thing - room was very small for the price, facing a tiny narrow street without any view.
Also there was no proper show. I had to climb into the bath. And the door to the bath was opening inside . You had to go behind it to get to the loo seat. And the metal door stopper on the floor near the seat was always on the way, hitting me . Otherwise is fine.

Ho ricevuto come regalo un voucher che comprendeva molteplici servizi presso questa struttura. Due giorni da principesse, sembrava di essere in una favola! Personale attento, professionale e di una gentilezza super. Avevamo una camera piena di confort ed estremamente curata e pulita. Cibi raffinati e di estrema qualità mangiati per cena e buffet della colazione, servito in una graziosissima veranda, dove c'è soltanto l'imbarazzo della scelta. Ciliegina sulla torta l'ingresso alla Spa e un super massaggio Polinesiano con l'operatrice Ilenia che mi hanno rimessa al mondo! Unico grande difetto? Soggiorno troppo breve! Posto strepitoso e personale unico. Consigliatissimo se volete vivere un sogno! Giornate che fanno bene al cuore.
