The hotel is in a very good location. It takes a few hundred meters to walk to Santa Maria del Fiore and the train station. The facilities are old and the room is relatively small, especially the shower room is very small, and there is no place to put shampoo. The hair dryer in the room is broken. I asked the front desk to give me a small hair dryer, but it still didn't work. I changed it and it worked. I stayed in Florence for a total of 3 nights. The waiter didn't give me disposable shampoo when he cleaned the room on the first day. The breakfast was very simple, and only one cup of coffee was provided. We had to catch a train on the last morning, so we asked the front desk to pack breakfast. The front desk said that we would talk to them when we came back in the evening. Later, I was too lazy to tell them and left without eating breakfast. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast room gave people a feeling of arrogance and unfriendly.

Good, not far from the train station. The room is available so you can enter before check in time. Breakfast is not diverse but you can eat it. Located near tourist attractions. Highlight.

The room is on the shady side, the carpet smells, the breakfast is average, and the water flow in the shower is very small. The hotel window is very nice, the location is very close to the train station and the Duomo, there are many Chinese restaurants downstairs, delicious and cheap. The key is very retro, and there is a little stove on the first floor. We had a flight early the next morning, and they prepared breakfast bags.
