Hay habitaciones con cama matrimonial que 1 lado da a la pared, es incomoda. Otras muy bien ( tomamos 2). las camas son comodas, los baños estan bien. No tomamos desayuno porque nos parecio costoso, si bien siempre lo hago…nos resulto excesivo. Hotel prolijo, 10 minutos del centro caminando.

Todo el personal muy amable, desde las personas que te atienden en recepción y todo el personal de limpieza y cafetería. Nos dieron la habitación con balcón ( creo que solo hay una ) muy amplia con mucha luz y muy limpia. Si es algo ruidosa, hay una carretera con bastante tráfico en frente y podría estar mejor insonorizada , pero si no tienes el sueño muy ligero no llega a ser un problema.La limpieza diaria de la habitación un 10 , todos los días nos la dejaban perfecta. El hotel está como a 15 minutos andando de la catedral , no se hace largo pero no está en el centro de la ciudad, pero teniendo el cuenta el volumen de turistas que hay , yo lo agradecí. El desayuno te preparan el café en el momento con la opción que elijas ,que en casi ningún hotel lo hacen y aunque es variado, en la parte de salados siempre es lo mismo ( huevos revuelto,bacon, salchichas) , por lo que se hace algo aburrido si estás varios días, podría ser un punto de mejora. No siendo barato , si creo que mantiene una buen equilibrio calidad/precio.

En la zona del río de Florencia está este hotel de 4 estrellas. Nos decantamos por el, ya que incluían desayuno sin gluten en el precio. La habitación estaba limpia y era lo suficientemente grande para estar cómodos. Para poder llegar a ella había que subir dos tramos de escaleras. La calle a la que daba la habitación bastante ruidosa y las dos ventanas no aislan ese ruido. Lo mejor el servicio de desayunos. Las camareras están muy pendientes y te sirven café de máquina recién hecho. Además preparaban croissants sin gluten recién horneados cada mañana.

Beautiful boutique hotel, perfect for a long weekend stay! 15-20 minute walk into the city centre, near to the river and in a quiet part of the city. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The decor was beautiful. Lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy the city views too!

Nice neat boutique hotel. We took 2 rooms and they gave us adjacent rooms. One room was very neat and everything was fine. The second room had neat beds and bathroom but we noticed small black particles flying in the air. My husband said thats dust from the vents probably and maybe the room was not used for a long time. I have dust allergies so started to sneeze. On the whole the experience was good, friendly staff. We did not opt for breakfast as we wanted to check out local cafes. The best experience was there was a Christmas market within 10 min walk and a nice cafe for breakfast. Also we felt it was a safe neighborhood as we walked from the market to the hotel late in the night and it was quiet well lighted and people walking on the streets. We were there for 3 nights and we could experience lot of things around.

The pros: Good breakfast, everything fresh and the coffee is not from a machine, but rather served as in a cafeteria. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable. Room a little small but acceptable. It has a good location, it takes 15 minutes to the Duomo. Cons: Minus a lovely girl at the reception, the rest of the staff was not very smiling. The breakfast waitresses were quite dry but polite. Then the breakfast room is very uncomfortable, the tables are designer and have irregular shapes, in total there are only four tables, one high with stools that can fit between 8 or 10 people, which you have to share, the others are normal with chairs . The three nights we stayed, we always had room for breakfast, but we were surprised by how small the dining room was. In short, it is a hotel designed with taste. Good price quality in our case, we found a good offer. If I had to go back, I would surely choose it again.
