Nice neat boutique hotel. We took 2 rooms and they gave us adjacent rooms. One room was very neat and everything was fine. The second room had neat beds and bathroom but we noticed small black particles flying in the air. My husband said thats dust from the vents probably and maybe the room was not used for a long time. I have dust allergies so started to sneeze. On the whole the experience was good, friendly staff. We did not opt for breakfast as we wanted to check out local cafes. The best experience was there was a Christmas market within 10 min walk and a nice cafe for breakfast. Also we felt it was a safe neighborhood as we walked from the market to the hotel late in the night and it was quiet well lighted and people walking on the streets. We were there for 3 nights and we could experience lot of things around.

Los pros: Desayuno bueno, todo fresco y el café no es de una máquina, sino que te lo sirven como en una cafetería. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios, la cama cómoda. Habitación un poco pequeña pero aceptable. Tiene una buena ubicación, se tarda 15 minutos hasta el Duomo. Contras: Menos una chica de la recepción encantadora, el resto del personal no era muy sonriente. Las camareras del desayuno bastante secas pero educadas. Luego la sala del desayuno es muy incómodo, las mesas son de diseño y tienen formas irregulares, en total sólo hay cuatro mesas, una alta con taburetes donde caben entre 8 o 10 personas, la cual hay que compartir, las demás son normales con sillas. Las tres noches que nos quedamos, siempre tuvimos sitio para desayunar, pero nos sorprendió lo pequeño que era el comedor. En definitiva, es un hotel diseñado con gusto. Calidad precio buena en nuestro caso, encontramos una buena oferta. Si tuviera que volver, seguramente que lo elegiría otra vez.

Recommended for anyone thinking of traveling to Florence. Well located a stone's throw from the center, small but comfortable, with attentive staff. Panoramic view of Florence from the fourth floor terrace. Buffet breakfast not very extensive but sufficient.

We stayed in this hotel with my wife during an engagement in Florence. We usually use another hotel that wasn't available and we were definitely happy with this "discovery". The hotel is located in a strategic position, just outside the center of Florence, reachable on foot in fifteen minutes. Small, clean, with professional and friendly staff both at reception and in the breakfast room. The room was also clean. They also have a paid parking service which we did not use. Definitely a great experience, to be recommended

The hotel is in a good location, about 15 minutes walk from the centre. The room we were given, however, did not meet our expectations. For more than 500 euros for two nights (excluding taxes) I would have expected better: apart from the room itself, which is small, with stained floors and not exactly excellent conditions, the windows and doors do not have double glazing so you can hear any noise coming from outside with good peace of sleep. Last but not least, at check out the lift was broken so we had to carry our suitcases on foot up 3 floors. In general I would recommend the hotel but at a price that is more respectful of the quality/price ratio. Ps. We pointed out that the room was not up to the price paid but we were told that for a standard room we couldn't expect much.

Absolutely perfect quiet location. Walking distance to everything but so absolutely perfect to go back to this quiet retreat at the end of the day. The staff was beyond accommodating to any need or requests I had. They were so welcoming and friendly. Loved staying here for my solo Tuscany refreshing and renewing vacation.
