This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Small space, rock hard bed and pillows, terrible breakfast. We stayed here two nights. In the second day water was leaking out of the light bulb in the bathroom. I showed the receptionist this video and they didn’t even offer to change the room but instead workers barged in twice while I was there to fix it. The housekeeper barged in also in the morning at 8 while we were sleeping. Payed so much for parking and the stay.

Easy to stay here. Comfortable socializing in multiple, modern well-appointed spaces. Super bedding. The breakfast buffet is the very best buffet I've enjoyed. Shout out to Giuseppe for managing this food service so well. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché in posizione ottima (davanti il lungarno) vicino alle uscite autostradali dell’Impruneta e di Firenze Sud, oltre al fatto che in venti minuti di passeggiata si arriva nel cuore del centro storico (Palazzo Pitti, Santa Croce, San Lorenzo, Piazza del Duomo, ...). Servizi ben curati, camera tripla con grande terrazzo e locali puliti (il personale al piano è presente in modo continuo per accurate pulizie), e ottima la dotazione di offerte: ampia hall, eccellente colazione a buffet con prodotti dolci e salati dove le cameriere servono il caffè al tavolo, bar con possibilità di pranzare, ristorante per la cena con menu vario e attento alle esigenze del cliente, garage interrato a pagamento con presenza di custode. La gestione vede uno con staff professionale e sempre gentile. Molto buoni i piatti proposti a cena dallo chef, ben presentati e serviti in modo elegante. Pienamente soddisfatti del personale, dell’accoglienza e disponibilità per le nostre richieste.
