Adler Cavalieri Hotel-Private Spa & Gym Reviews

Located just one street away from the train station. Hotel is excellent. If you are doing a trip from city to city like me, staying here is one of the best choice. Florence is a small city and you can get everywhere with a scooter.

Very nice hotel, very close to the station and tourist spots. Everything we needed was in the room. The bed was very comfortable. We had good sleep as well! The breakfast was great!

The reason that we choose Adler Cavalieri Hotel was its proximity to Santa Maria Novella train station. It was just 5 mins walk from SMN station. The hotel was also within walking distance to the main attractions Check in was a breeze. We booked the classic room. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom came with standing showers. Breakfast was just ok. They could do with more varieties of pastries

Old hotel but full of character. It's 4min walk from the Florence train station so convenience is unquestionable. Highly recommended!

Received an email about one day before check in that they are fully booked and will move me to another hotel 2 streets away (Grand Hotel Adriatico) Was very disappointed as I booked Adler Cavalieri specially for its classic lux vibes and had no choice but to stay at the other hotel that they moved me to. Not saying the Grand Hotel Adriatico was bad, but it just was not what i signed up for.

This is a very nice hotel! It's close to the station and easy to access◎ The staff were very kind and helpful. The hair dryer broke in the middle of the night, but they lent me a replacement and replaced the one in the room the next day. The hotel's interior is also very nice! They also answered our room requests, which was very helpful. This is a hotel I'd like to stay at again!

The hotel was average, not what I expected. The breakfast was average, but it was convenient for travel. The location was good, right next to the train station, and you can walk everywhere.

Close to the train station, good front desk service, hotel decoration is retro and exquisite

The location is relatively good, close to the train station, and you can walk to the scenic spots, which saves a lot of time and transportation costs. Breakfast was ok and enough. The disadvantage is that the room is relatively small, old, and decorated, and occasionally noisy. I also happened to encounter a water outage. Although it happened to be during the time when I went out to play, I had to wait for a long time just to drain the dirty water when I came back. The hotel specially sent a notice to the room, which was pretty good. Small and old, but very clean. Florence is probably a tourist city. Accommodation is expensive and the quality is no better than other countries and regions.

It was very convenient as it was within a 5-minute walk from the train station. There is a small supermarket nearby, and you can get to the city center in about 10 minutes. Breakfast wasn't something I had to add on purpose, but it was decent enough. The exterior of the hotel looked a bit old, but the room had been renovated and was very clean and nice. By the way, I booked a single room, but they gave me a double room. I checked in while not feeling well, but I was really thankful that they gave me a nice room, and I had a good rest thanks to it.

The decoration style of the hotel is very classic! If you like the old feel, you can stay here. Overall clean! Nice location.

The staff are all very friendly. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old and not very soundproof. You can hear the noises from upstairs and downstairs in the corridor clearly. The breakfast is very average, except for the scrambled eggs, which are quite delicious. Maybe breakfast in Italy is simpler. Maybe Florence is just old and outdated, so it's normal.
